I have the NEW DUALTRON similar to that. Those Three ports are 2 ports for quick charge for hooking up 2chargers and the front port for an external extender battery for those long haul trips. Jst like mine. I like it cause it's compact yet still has tons of power and speed. Love mine.
I have a NewDT. It's a wonderful scooter. 6000kms on mine. And I have a Dualtron Victor. I had upgraded my NewDT to the EXACT same tyres before the Victor was announced... Lol. Highly recommend those TUOVT tyres, seem to get better range and speed out of them as well as much better stability and traction.
The Victor by comparison? Definitely faster, but not by a HUGE amount. Cushier suspension, definitely smooths out the bumps nicely. Hydraulic brakes. Better range. Better fenders
They are both awesome scooters. Basically exactly the same length too. I think the Eagle is actually a couple inches longer.
The hydraulic brakes alone make it worth the extra cost over the Eagle. And to anyone considering a heavy weight scooter, the handle on the back is a great upgrade. I bought the Dualtron Eagle and have had it over a year and ridden it less than 200 miles. It has started cutting out when the battery drains by 10% (90% charge). That's a disappointment, but we'll see what it takes to get it repaired. Prior to having the Eagle, I had an Emove Cruiser (from Voro). The Dualtron was a big upgrade in terms of power and build quality (current issue aside), but cable-operated disc brakes are not great. Even the Emove had semi-hydraulics that would require less adjusting.

This scooter fits in most car trunks making it one of most compact scooters on the market. Though it must be noted it's heavy, 73lbs. Also the handle accessory which was suggested to be used as a foot plate or could be use as, will not allow the scooter's stem to lock in at the base of the foot plate.

Thanks for the review guys! I ordered the Victor in the UK over two weeks ago, but unfortunately the Victor it will not arrive into the uk boarders until October 8th. I’m so excited I feel like a little girl waiting for Christmas Day, and I have already started ordering some accessories; such as new red handle bars, red screw washes, and a carry handle to make up for the lack of rear foot rest. I just hope the Victor is not too powerful for me as it’s my first ever scooter! so I will not be riding in dual mode for a very long time 😅😅
You should be riding it in dual mode because it's designed to. Just use the P-settings to dial it down by a lot!

For $2700, I would be refusing delivery on that banged up box/scooter and it would be going right back to Voro. I don't understand why they don't put some nylon cables around the box to help reinforce it. Lame.

Great vid! How do you guys think this compares to the Vsett 10+?
The Victor is faster - slightly - and better range. The 10+ is longer, MUCH longer, and heavier, but arguably has better suspension, and has a best-in-class stem and folding mech. Not that the Victor has bad suspension at all. For me the Victor is hands down the winner because it's much more compact, easier to transport.
I love the kickplate and the NFC reader on the Vsett 10+. Our full Victor review vid will be coming soon!
@@freshlycharged the NFC reader is nifty sure but I wouldn't let either scooter out of my sight anyway. Both you can wheel away and light enough to easily lift into the back of a van and it's gone... I would say the folding handlebars and cutoff switch on the Victor pretty much make up for the lack of a key or NFC reader etc.
The kickplate on the other hand, yeah the Victor needs one of those. Plenty of aftermarket ones available but most are not cheap... I got a 3d printed plastic one on etsy from greece for cheap tho, and its perfect! Lol, but I'm actually serious

Hi Jimmy, Andrew - do you know the battery charge cycle life for this scooter?
Well, for reference, I have an old Dualtron 2 aka "New Dualtron" with 6000km on the clock, over 300 charge cycles. Doesn't feel like it's lost any capacity to speak of. And this is with a "cheap chinese" Sinc battery. The Victor has LG cells that should last even longer.
I have one. Very nice scooter with tons of raw power but issues with the tubed tires going flat. I just bought two Dualtron 3 tubeless tires to replace the tubed tires on the Victor. So spent over $2,700 bucks and now get to blow a few hundred more buying tires that don’t give me flats. It’s only money right!

How is the build quality on this scooter and escooters in general? I have never seen or ridden one in person, but they seem pretty shoddy.
Dualtron does make a premium scooter compared to most. All of the scooters have their flaws but if you do maintenance, they hold up pretty well. Minimotors is a Korean brand that manufacturs in China. Most of the other scooter companies are made and ran by Chinese companies. I feel like over the next two years, we will see major advancements in the scooter technology.
Really, a hand full of Chinese companies make these things (I own two different brands). In general, they are poorly conceived and manufactured to a minimum of safely or practical design standards.

Rion by far is the pinnacle of escooters.
No they are not. Rion can not be used for daily commutes and used on wet roads or snow. Let alone on city roads filled with potholes and speed bumps.
I'd like to try a Rion to see what the fuss is about.
I really want to like Dualtron, but the way they nickle and dime their users on accessories bugs me. Also, no IP rating excludes it from my short list.

I'm glad you put Worlds Best in quotes, it looks far from it. Who made that claim exactly? Dualtron? It uses the same stem design as the Thunder and Stom that I have, they both wiggle and creak.
My Ultra 3 years now and still going strong. Never had any stem creaking, wobble or any other issues whatsoever. Maybe their QC has went downhill. Now I got my eye on the Bronco extreme 11.
@@jpoorr9973 similar geometry to the dualtron line. Damper required over 50mph, but I got to ride one last week, its SOOOO quick. Sinewave acceleration is legit, too.
Best power to weight, best range for the weight, best range per dollar according to ESG. Not perfect but it has a lot going for it.
Yeah the victor is just a base entry model into their more serious scooter line.. everything else is an upgrade.... thats the annoying thing with the victor.. wanna footplate.. thats extra.. wanna damper (you need it for the speed wobble on that front!).. thats extra.. did we mention it's a tubed tyre...if you want tubeless. thats extra. It's a nice scooter but its a money maker for Dualtron if you want to turn it into a decent scooter (by the time you do the extras... you might just as well buy a Storm for the same money as the victor upgraded..)
All very valid points. I like the ride quality of the Victor over the Storm so it would make sense for me to upgrade the Victor. Suprisingly, I didn't feel like the Victor needs a steering damper. I would still love one on there for extra stability but I never got major speed wobbles even at speeds 45mph+.

No but you can put on dualtron 3 tubes tiers
through your videos, i am learning a lot about e scooters. my opinion is that all of these high end scooters have their flaws, which they shouldnt at these prices. i think i will be going with a wolf warrior 11.
I recommend looking into a Wolf X. Much lighter, easier to transport. Great performance and same steering geometry as its big bro.

What top speed can you get out of it? I tried so many times and no matter what I cannot crack 48mph on Ey3 display and 44mph on gps apps. I am only 75kg hahaha this seems like some false advertisement from minimotors!
I've been able to hit 50 mph on the display and 48 mph on my Dragy GPS. I currently weigh 88.4 kg and this is on flat ground.
@@Andrew-vt4jt so is something wrong with my scooter or settings? I cannot crack 48mph(display) full settings 3, turbo, dual, full battery... I do have the tubeless dt3 rim and tyre set up if that changes anything for the worse maybe?

No kickplate ?! I guess its for people just entering into Escooters ? I dont think any experienced rider would want something with no kickplate - unless the savings offset the fact that you would be buying and installing your own after market plate?? = seems like a strange choice
Completely agree. Seems like a glaring oversight.
Better than a vsett 10 plus? Hehe I don't think so vsett is overall better you get MORE with vsett for sure its a no brainer if they are priced same in my case vsett(25 ah costs 300 euros cheaper than victor (30 ah)
can you ride it in the rain?
It doesn't have an official IP rating but it says it can be used in light rain. When I opened up the deck, it seemed pretty water resistant. I like how they don't state a IP rating because all scooter manufacturers do not cover water damage. So they just say light rain. You will want to get a waterproof display cover for the Minimotors EY3 display.
Actually the Weped and Rion RE90 are the world's best!

No footrest on the back of the plate , no headlight, shady and wobbly kickstand, rubber suspension, nah… so many “little” things that are on other scooters considered for granted, are lacking on this one …even though, they claim to be the best in the world????
And they are on expensive side.
Its the brand name that makes this stupid escooter expensive.
I'm 110kg. If I hit the brakes on that I would snap it. I'll stick with a Wolf King GT thanks

I don't think there is anything to be sorry about, we were just playing on the bold statement their box claims. I think the best scooter is all in the eye of the beholder. Some people love the Ninebot Max, and I cannot stand it. Some people only love Dualtrons, and some love RION. The RION is sweet, but it's not universal enough for me. If I was only riding smooth pavement, the RION would probably be the best electric scooter.
I popped the tire on my veteran sherman so I need to open it up and fix it. I'm wondering if you've had to open it up or know of any methods that are the easiest/most efficient?

I'm wondering how many ways there are to do it because there are no simple video tutorials from most companies
it is ridiculous that the scooter comes like that. the packaging is a disgrace. I also don’t like to have a separate remote controller for the led (looks bit cheap to me) - would have expected a nice app control.
