Ah, he's becoming a variety streamer. One day a week where different games are played is how they all start.
I’m so used to only watching him either playing yugioh or commenting on is that it feels viscerally wrong seeing him do anything else but he’s actually entertaining in almost anything so I really do enjoy him playing Isaac too even if my gut is telling me there’s something very wrong going on.

It helps to leave soul hearts on the ground on the first floor until you’re ready to head down to preserve as many as you can for devil deals. Red hearts are easy to recover, soul hearts substantially less so.
