If an animated character already has a base layout then they won’t make the base layout the voice actor. such examples are Batman,iron man,spiderman,and etc they all have their own animated series and voice actors but the characters looks nothing like the voice actor because they already have a base layout. So in conclusion the animators add what they need for the character to fit with the theme the base layout is the actor but the final result is the animators choice

Funny Thing, but Seer's voice actor *Ike Amadi* portrayed Shao Kahn in MK11, and if you've heard his performance in MK11 then you would find it funny how he can become so soft spoken with Seer.
i knew i recognized Ike Amadi's voice! I loved his work as Javik in mass effect but was sad that javik ended up being a rather bland character. Glad to see his amazing voice is now part of the apex family!
