you're not wrong, haven't collected in over a decade but the original monz in the fancy art is too aesthetically pleasing and surely a strong investment to boot!

Hope everyone had great luck opening te products! This is the first set I will be collecting since collecting Pokémon cards 20 years ago! 😁🔥
you can get the mcdonalds prints every year cheap - 15 cards. The halloween trick or trade set is a box of 50 packs for less than 20bucks and it is almost guaranteed to give you 2 x complete sets of the 30 cards needed. So thats 2 you can complete for less than 50bucks and end up with 2 extra duplicate sets. The 25th collection minimal complete set is still a good gamble if you want something for future value, trade or selling and is only going to get harder to collect so there's another worth looking into. Then you can do what everyone does which is your own personal 151 random collection or your fave pokemon collection...all zubats or summin.

Love this set. Im not an active card collector, but seeing this 151 release made my kid-version too excited not to jump on board. It's been so fun opening these packs.
I did not realise that this was a thing until I pulled a Bulba, Ivy and Venusaur alt in a single pack and my brother immediately googled it. So now we’re just kinda revelling in the fact that we got a God pack and I’m now fully in this rabbit hole 😆
The day is finally here! While I didn't pull anything too crazy in today's preorder mail call, I can't wait to open some more 151 over the next few weeks as more preorders arrive. 😁

I got an etb and 2 mini booster boxes. Really like the art work on the cards. Seems like pokémon switched it up a notch for this set. Didn't get the gold mew, so my hunt goes on. Did pull the pikachu art rare though😊
