They should bring back the chicken filet with bacon, Swiss, and honey mustard. I love the Bourbon Brisket . I bet if they did a turkey, swiss and jalapeno sandwich would be good. They had the little turkey sliders with jalapenos at one time..
That pfp says otherwise 😂 It actually takes quite a while to repair the damage from one bad meal. At the most, fast food needs to be consumed only a few times a year.
@admiralsuperior3 thank you for your loving support. The end is near, I can sense death. Drinking the au ju probably made death come quicker. The cherry turnover was a smart move, a sweet end
I’m a huge fan of Arby’s. They need to open up more locations in Ontario, Canada. The closest location to me, is 50 min away. My favourite thing to get there, is the cheddar and roast beef sandwich with the curly fries, and the horsey sauce 🥪😋
When it comes to unhealthy, trans fats top the charts for cholesterol, heart disease, obesity, and diabetes. If they use seed oils in their fryers, then it will have trans fat in it. Saturated fat is a naturally occurring fat. Meaning it's healthier for you than trans fat. If you look at the history of trans fat, or the use of seed oils, that took off in the 1950s and 1960s. You'll also see the rise in heart disease, obesity, high cholesterol, and diabetes to go along with it. McDonald's fries used to be fairly healthy. But that ended in the 1980s, when they switched from beef tallow to a seed oil that has 18 ingredients in it to make it taste like the old beef tallow. Should you eat fast food on the daily? No. This should a be 2-3 times a month at best. Seed oils include things like Olive Oil, Soy OIl, Sunflower oil, Almond Oil, Vegetable/Canola oil, etc. Olive oil and Soy Oil being the healthiest selections. But, most of the nutritional value of them is lost when you heat them, making them mostly trans fat. Margarine is also on this list, because it's pure trans fat. You're better off using real butter, beef tallow, and lard(rendered pig fat), which are all saturated fats. And, yes. When it comes to fast food, Arby's is one of the healthier choices. If you're aiming at a 2,000 calorie diet. Then just eat a Caesar salad per day, they're like 2,600 calories.
No one eats fast food because it's healthy !! I rarely eat at fast food joints but when I do, I will put a big ass beef and Chedder right in front of my face, Calories be damned !!!!
What is your favorite sandwich to get at Arby's?
@@MashedFood the roast beef sandwich. Thanks
Mine used to be the super, until they stopped making it. Now, it's a beef and cheddar
The loaded Italian before they took it off the menu.
ONLY the sandwiches ! For me now, its double beef & french dip

So basically everything on their menu ffs. No one goes to an Arby's thinking hey this will be great for my body. Long live Arby's❤️
My fave
I miss Arby's Cordon blue
This list is basically every sandwhich on the menu
Just an FYI eating fast food once or twice a week is not going to hurt you. Its not meant to be a full time thing.

Every time @mashed does one of these chain reviews, I crave the food of said chain.
Arby's Raw Tofu Supreme is pretty decent, and it comes with a free dress.
Arby’s got my vote. Once in a while, these won’t hurt you. 😁
OMG I literally had the french dip at Arby's on Saturday, I'm going to die
You will be missed

This channel should be re-named, ‘BuzzKill’. Pushing crazy expensive steak places, & putting down the simple joys some of us have every now & then.
All of them.
I just like the classic reg roast beef one with no cheese. Large size curly with a rootbeer. Im then good for all day long
The stew can't be bad for you.. I'm slightly addicted to the smokehouse brisket
Good. Now I know what to order. I actually dont go to fast food joints for my health.
I will take a double beef n cheddar with a little arby's sauce.

If you pull into a fast food joint you've pretty much decided...screw my 70's.
Reuben is my weakness....
My bully got to this video before I did, and now I can’t have Arby’s anymore
Thanks mashed.
Why?
Hardly nobody needs a 2k calorie diet. Mabey if your a woman and 120lbs
So what's healthy at Arby's
A bowl of green leaf lettuce with a glass of water. 😢😢😢😢😢
I don’t know anyone in my circle that up and says “I like Arby’s,” or “I’m getting some Arby’s.” How Arby’s stays in business is beyond me
