Deliciously Spicy & Juicy Beef Dumplings!

  • Juicy & savoury, perfumed with the floral notes of Sichuan peppercorns and served with a sour and spicy dipping sauce. These beef dumplings are sure to blow you away!
    Ingredients:
    Filling
    Dumpling pastries
    300g minced beef
    1 spring onion
    2 garlic cloves
    1 thumb size ginger
    Marinade
    1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
    1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 tsp Sesame oil
    1 tsp White Pepper
    Dipping Sauce
    2 Tbsp light soy sauce
    1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
    1 tsp Sesame oil
    1 Tbsp Chiu chow chilli oil

    Why not steam them first and then quickly sear them? You would eliminate all the splashing. Just saying 😅

      Becauae the dough gets soggy and would not become nice and crispy.
