The falcon and the winter soldier assassination scene wrecks the winter soldier.
No way he'd be that sloppy. No way he'd take his target out where there were so many other people around. Super-secret-super-assassin with sniper skills has to physically infiltrate and kill 10 other people in hand to hand combat/gunfight?
It also wrecks Bucky, because it is shown he feels bad about Yuri's son, but makes it look like he doesnt even think about the rest of the people there... doesn't tally.

Let's be realistic: the series wrecks his character entirely. For all the reasons you mentioned. He felt bad about all the people he killed but I would argue the worst part of the series is that it tried to insinuate that he chose it in some way and that he's responsible for making it right when he was not simply forced- he was literally being mind controlled. According to one comic, he was tortured to such an extent that it caused extensive damage to the parts of his brain which controlled emotion and memory leaving him effectively a blank slate for HYDRA to imprint upon.
His lines about killing in revenge to John or a good cause to Karli are nonsense, because he wasn't killing in revenge or because he thought it was in a good cause. He was as close as they could get to a machine, an automation who literally just did as he was programmed to do because he was programmed to do it.
The whole thing with Isaiah Bradley makes *zero* sense. The Winter Soldier's whole existence was meant to be a really closely guarded secret. So closely guarded that most intelligence agencies did not know he existed. There's no way he was just wrestling random guys in bars or deployed to fight fighting random soldiers in the Korean War which would have meant the US military knew about him. They didn't- and knew where to find him. Again, nope.
Also, was was effective and used for so long because he literally never got caught or left a trace. Everyone believed Howard Stark's parents died in a car crash because Bucky was careful to dispatch them in such a way that their injuries could simply be attributed to the crash. If some random super soldier could beat him and remove his arm.... then there goes his status as the world's best assassin and there goes Bucky. Quietly killed off by HYDRA because he's not suitable.
Furthermore, even if we allow for arguments' sake that Bucky did fight Isaiah- he shouldn't even remember him. He had his mind wiped after each mission, and even if we allow for the possibility his memory came back it would have been hazy. Isaiah also should not have recognized him immediately like that, since we know the WS operated in secret, wore a mask and he *doesn't; even have the same arm*.
In fact, the very existence of super soldiers in the 1950s makes no sense. If there was a version of the serum on use, how come HYDRA didn't know about it? After Dr Erskine was killed, their version was literally the only one remaining in existence until Howard Stark developed another in the 1990s and the Soviets sent Bucky to steal that almost immediately.
Disney just totally ignore the existing continuity for characters and it annoys me.

Winter Soldier deserves his own Disney+ series.

Wait, his SHIELD file lists his birth date as 1922. Which is admittedly odd, since that would make him 14 when Steve's mom dies in 1936 (from Steve's SHIELD file; Bucky doesn't look remotely 14 in the movie scene), as well as 4 years younger than Steve, born in 1918.
Confusingly, his memorial in Winter Soldier says he was born in 1916, but shows 1917-1944 as the years of his life.
Hmm, there's one way to solve this...MATH TIME!
So, Bucky says he's 106 in Falcon and the Winter Soldier, which is set 6 months after Endgame. If there are indeed 2 years between Civil War and Infinity War, and we assume that Civil War takes place in the same year it was released (2016), and there are 5 years for the blip, that makes Falcon and Winter Soldier take place in 2023. So that makes Bucky's birth year 1917. Strongly implying there is a major clerical error on his SHIELD file...
All right, his canonical birth year is probably 1917. Sorry, just had to clear that up in my own head. :)

Disney's retcons have made his story even more chaotic, because they paid no attention to the previous continuity of the movies. Typical Disney.

WAIT so Bucky didn't die when he fell because they'd already experimented on him! Maybe injected him with Super Soldier Serum??
