#pokemongo #pokedaxi #sensorsoff #armode - Ігри
I only use this during spotlight hour or comm days since I find it hard to use it with different spawns (each species seems to appear in a different location on the screen, even with sensors off). So first I use AR mode with Sensors On to find the "best" location on the screen, then I turn the Sensors Off while holding that position. After that, that one species of pokemon will always appear in that exact spot in AR mode.
Yeah, it's harder than you'd think without the background to tell how far away a pokemon is.
Huge tip actually
I just tried this with your method and it worked perfectly. I calibrated it with a cubchoo then it stayed at the same distance/height for a chimchar, cacnea, and a deerling so thanks a million for the tip.
Perks of being on Android! It positions the pokemon at a lower angle, so I'm probably not gonna use it that frequently unless there are alot of spawns like on Community Days.
On Google Pixel phones If you edit your notification buttons you can also add a block camera button and this will also prevent the background being populated with Camera content which should save you battery life and just make it less annoying in general. It probably speeds up load time as well
I don't know how long I have been looking for this video on your channel...
Tnx a lot *mate* ❤️❤️
This is great, a real pro tip! Definitely using this for Dratini day. Having the camera off will probably save battery as well.
Is catching with AR mode on better than off?
@@hubertr1886 It's just a lot faster. A little harder to get excellent throws, but faster for shiny checking and stardust grind.
@@mewtwosdad2230 i think you will get used to the new position of the pokemon pretty fast
You might want to check that your specific Android phone lets you turn sensors off before you get excited.
Important think is turning of the sensors in the position that the pokemon are usually ok to catch in ar. If i turn it off looking at the ground, the pokemon will apear, but not at your screen...
i think this is the answer i have been looking for. thank you.
Thank you so much Daxi, This plus quick catch is a god send
Isn't better just to not activate the AR mode?
It's not working on my Xiaomi, the "sensors off" doesn't exist on my phone :/
Super helpful thank u I couldn't figure out how to do it b4
Thanks for this Daxi for theses tips
Thanks it actually helped me cuz I didn't know how to do this
I'm early this time nice video daxi! ❤️
This may be a stupid question but does this effect the sensors for walking to hatch eggs and all that? Do you just turn it on when you need it or keep it on all the time?
I found a way to get the pokemon to stop moving on a xiaomi phone without the sensors off option. Go into an encounter in AR mode and put the pokemon into a good position, then turn pokemon go into a floating window if you go back to full screen the position of pokemon don't change anymore.
Recently switched to xiaomi from samsung and was disappointed there was no "censors off" option. Your comment is exactly what I was looking for! Thank you so much! Now I just need to figure out why neither my gotcha nor go plus will pair with it.
Very useful. Thank you
I had sensors of setting active a long time ago but I just realised I could use it for pokemon go
Imagine being on an iPhone…
sent from my iPhone
I can't do it, only darkness and can't detect anything
Thanks probably gonna use for com days.
When I turn sensors off I think there are less spawns everywhere, but it might be because I catch them so fast, dunno
i am on a huawei p30 pro and can do every step fine up until finding quick settings and developer options
I saw this like a month ago online. But when i do it , every option is there except that one with the sensors. Anyone know why
Got removed from some phones when updating the software to (probably) android 12
I got removed from Xiaomi phones
@@ICEL4ND also Oneplus
Unfortunately this doesn't work on the latest Xiaomi phones 😔
Yup broo😢
Nor does on OnePlus..
Not on all androids. I have to do it otherwise on Xiaomi, because there is no "sensors off", but this would work for Samsung.
Notify gang💪🏽
Nice video, finaly i learned how to do it bit i have a question, how do i dissable the develping mode in my Android?, or it will stay forever like that
Nice, but AFAIK impossible on MIUI :( Or am I wrong?
Yes i also checked but its not showing any kind of this setting
Same on Xperia devices
Thanks
Pokedaxi, you should mention what exact phone are you using and what version of Android is it running??
Plenty of Android phones do NOT have this option. My two LG G7 ThinQ phones running Android 9 and Android 10 don't have it.
Other people running Android 12 on different phones also don't have it.
Hmm. I did this and all I see is a black screen when I encounter pokemon..I can't see the pokemon
Same here
What is the benefit of using this and AR mode? Curious.
speed for AR and accuracy for sensors off
Unfortunately the Sensors off in dev options is removed or hidden in some android 12 phones. I couldn't find a work around other than to report it to the phone manufacturer and hopefully bring it back on the next update
Not just Android 12.
My LG G7 ThinQ running Android 10 doesn't have this option either.
it might not be under "system." my "about phone" option has its own menu on the main settings page.
im just personally having trouble getting the pokemon to be centered.
I can't seem to do that still
I dont have that option to turn sensor off??? Help :c (oneplus 9pro)
That is complicated. Simply, while capturing a Pokémon, point somewhere else but the pokemon and wait 10 seconds. The game will realize you're not pointing the Pokemon and will ask to turn off sensors and AR.
I have an android but at the 'quick settings developer tiles' is no 'sensors off' button :( I have a Xiaomi 12
It got removed from Xiaomi phones
@@jeffreycinto3219 It got removed from plenty of Android phones.
It doesn't actually work on all Android phones.
Plenty of Android 12 phones lost this option.
My TWO LG G7 ThinQ phones running Android 9 and Android 10 also don't have this option.
rip AR catching, you will be missed...
samsung s8+ and dont have sensor option for me ☹
anyone know people are getting zora right now in wiled
AR mode doesn't work at all on my potato phone T.T
What are the benefits of doing this rather than just turning off AR plus in pogo settings? It looks like it does the same thing
The benefit is having the Gyroscope disabled.
Turning all sensors off combines the benefits of regular quick catching with the benefits of AR mode minus the negatives of AR mode.
Also, this doesn't actually work on all Android phones.
Plenty of Android 12 phones lost this option.
My TWO LG G7 ThinQ phones running Android 9 and Android 10 also don't have this option.
Oh whoa! I asked for this during your livestream and you provided without acknowledging me in the stream chat. Blessed!
I wish this option was on ios
I have an Android but on the setting the "sensors off" button is not there! So i can't do anything about it
Same
I wish there is a option to turn AR off permanently
I did this but it didn't show up in my quick settings developer tiles thing can someone help?
Not all Android phones have this option.
Some Android 12 phones don't have it.
My two LG G7 ThinQ phones running Android 9 and Android 10 also don't have it.
I am on Android but don't have this feature
Do you know if it’s possible to get ar mode if your phone does not support it?
idk i think my phones doesn't too.
Did this damage my phone (software) or slowing down the function of my apps?
yes it virus don't do
I have a xiami Poco 3 it dont works
this is why Android goated
now i want an android this is so op
It doesn't actually work on all Android phones.
Plenty of Android 12 phones lost this option.
My TWO LG G7 ThinQ phones running Android 9 and Android 10 also don't have this option.
This is a game changer
Cool but I already don't have a gyroscope on my phone sooo... :)
So you tryna say you play on a potato?
Anyones gotcha stop working?
bro I have a s23
Noooo! When is it coming out for iOS?? 😢
Nothing ever does
Apple is always the one that never wants users to be able to change anything.
This is the only time i wish i had android
I feel sorry for you and I say that as a former blind loyal iSheep of 9 long years who finally stopped drinking the Apple Cult indoctrination Kool-Aid.
Or you can turn off AR mode in any pokemon.
AR skips the encounter animation. You only wanna use this if youre farming fast like for events like comm day. Not recommended to newbies

My Android doesn't have the sensor off tab 😞
Same!!! This is so unfair
Does AR work for Galaxy A12?
Nope
@@abdoulhassane4209 omg really
does this make adventure sync not work?
I would think so. If you aren't playing I'd just turn it back on.
🎈 Balloons floating with joy, carrying free coins!
Is there a way to do this with a jailbroken iPhone?
The official Pokemon Go app doesn't work on Jailbroken iPhones.
Anyone w s22 ultra get it to work?
Yes It does
I did once, and another time it kicked me out. I'm just not gonna do it, normal fast catching is good enough for me
You basically did a lot to turn off the ar.
you don't have to wait for the animation, so you can fast catch even faster
Or you can just turn off AR mode?
You missed the point, it's faster with ar mode
So why not just play with AR off???
If you watch every time you click on a Pokémon there’s a few second delay for when the Pokémon actually populates in the Field. In AR mode with the sensors off this isn’t a problem and the Pokémon appears instantaneously.
Note to self
I just switched to iPhone aswell laugh😂
how
Does that affect adventure sync?
Enabling Sensors Off would turn off all input device sensors of your phone.
Ex:- camara, proximity sensor and gravity sensor.
@@phimmyunix4869 soooooooooo.....yes?
For iPhone is is done in game

Android W
Is this permanent Or do you have to do this everytime?
You can turn the sensors back on
you just ave to follow daxi's step once. then you'll find that sensor off button on quick navigation bar it be always there. it can turn on off through there.
It’s also available on iPhone just in the Pokémon setting’s itself. I think that’s the case for android too but not sure 🤷♂️
Where and how cuz the closest thing i can get to this is just turning off AR+ but i still don't know how to turn off the sensors for it
Or just turn off the ar mode
And wait 3 sec on every pokemon to pop up.... This is strategy for optimizing time on community days and spotlight hours. Unfortunately it seems to not be available for more flagship phones than it is
That makes the fastest way to catch very easy
just stop using AR😂
First 😄
Imagine using android
Thirst 😅
First
You can just turn off ar.
AR skips the encounter animation. You only wanna use this if youre farming fast like for events like comm day. Not recommended to newbies
you want the AR turned on in the game but turn off on the device to skip the animations faster
I can't get the sensors off in that option 🥲
