I passed, and painted, this church when I made the journey on the so-called Pilgrim's Way. Very pretty village. Cheers, Marq, good to see the interior. For sure those brasses are from the previous incarnation of the church.
Another church with a fabulous view! Shame it has signs of neglect inside- all done by volunteers of course- at least it was open. I liked the way you captured the stained glass window in the reflection on the other photos on the opposite wall. Very relaxing to watch. Thanks Marq!
Many years ago I seem to remember doing a walk from Limpsfield up into the Titsey park estate crossing over the motorway on a footbridge by Clackett Lane services. It was so hot that day my brie sandwich melted! Did not visit the church though which was a shame as it had that really charming chapel. I think Al Fayed of Harrods used to live nearby there too....
Shorts, sunshine, leaves on trees, birdsong, roll on spring! Delightful little Church, thankyou for sharing it Marq
Thanks Kerry, I'm definitely a Spring / Summer person.
@ me too!
Same 👍😁

Yes, I recalled you had been here before.
