I've been here recently (I didn't know where I'm going only when I arrived) and it was surreal driving through that gate. It is breathtaking and the whole neighbourhood too. With that said it was bin collection day: the garbage truck was cleaner than a public transport bus, and it's crew looked better than a Waitrose manager.
Dear M.S. Hi, How is everything at your end. This, Wood lawn, Surrey, St.Georges Hill, looks better than, Hills end Berkshire. Nice place to live and a nice investment. Nice location. Definitely like it. Best Wishes and Profound Regards.
OK. Here's my take. I actually used to live in a house considerably larger than this. (Family). The house attracted good people, bad people, insincere people and sometimes vile people. These houses only "work" when they are shared by lots of people. And ideally not bad people. Share, work together, avoid naivety, be good of heart and good things come to you. Well just my opinion, please feel free to say if you think I am talking sh1te. 😂😂 Seriously tho, a big house needs lots of people in it. Whether they are family, friends, business or charity foundation partners. Ideally people staying with you for a good purpose! The absolutely stunning French provincial exterior cloaks a disaster for an interior... With the house that lovely on the outside there was only one way to do the interior, transitional stiles complement each other and you can just sprinkle in modern, but they have a traditional exterior with that radical an exchange in style is just fundamentally incongruous with taste. Subtle panache was the play.
A few jarring design errors...you had better never come home a bit tipsy, ‘cause the tricky drive up to the house in your (beautifully red) Bentley Continental GT might be a disaster. “What do you mean there’s a car in the water feature?!” The furniture the tasteless idiots used to stage the home is really a textbook example of what not to do when marketing a very expensive property. Get yourself a talented interior decorator, never drink and drive your Bentley, and make this house a home.
Very few of these houses actually look like homes. Its all silver and black currently, souped up Ikea really. I have friends in Surrey and their "homes" look like rentals. There is nothing personalised about them at all. In fact they are barely there anyway! Many of the houses are simply places to park money. Less risk than a bank account in their eyes.

The amount of fake friends this home comes with though

£22.5 million and not a single lift in the property other than that its fantastic
Why do you want lifts?
Stupid comment. This is not a skyscraper to install a lift. Lifts are installed typically in a building with more than 4 floors.
Is it available still
Where can I pay?
How deep is that water in the driveway? Just so I know nobody’s rolls Royce will get distorted if they go in it by accident
its a bentley but i agree, how deep is it?!

It’s all a matter of personal taste. I think this is a beautiful house. Over the top ornate to me is a symbol of too much money and no taste.
I love the house but I honestly feel like it’s a bit empty. Like there’s not much flavour to it.
Depends on taste and subjective
i think the interior is a beutiful blend of classic and modern
it fits very well in the overall look of the house

If that was the case, you (if you were rich) wouldn’t buy it. You have other choices.
