I remember reading that he got it a lot. He had to take a break from the show as he ended up getting stomach ulcers for a bit. Hence why there was a big gap between the revival and other series. Ramsey decided to try other things and save his stomach as well.

There's some Nurgle worshippers in this business, i swear: Worked at a maintenance company for restaurants. Seen a guy defrosting ducks by laying them on the floor next to the drain. He then prepared a soup with the returns from the previous day while chainsmoking and there was no ashtrey. I politely declined when he offered us food.
