Good little day time session, bit optimistic tope bait on the Vertex rod I have one, had plenty of big tope, think they would give it a workout😂👍🦈

bit random but someone gave me a telescopic beach caster years ago on hayling island i was fishing and he came over and said, you can have this if you want its not that great but it will do, im pretty sure it was you?? lol
Nope wasn't me mate sorry, Ive never used a telescopic beach caster. Had a little spinning one tho
ive fished this spot so many times and had the same experience as you, pull in loads of weed unaware theres a lovely bream hanging on.

You don't need a license to sea fish mate. Only fresh water

No you have to have everything yourself. Your own rods, reels tackle etc and you can fish any public beach etc
What reels do you use
Penn surfblaster ll 8000 and Shimano Aerlex

I've not targeted them mate, I just had the one chuck with that macky tail. Loads of weed so just changed for smaller fish
