I've been using way too much weight on these. Made it look like I was break dancing with the dumbbell.

What about strength? Will this exercise make you significantly stronger or is it mostly for hypertrophy?
when you do these properly you can't use much weight at all.
A tip : watch movies at flixzone. Been using it for watching a lot of movies during the lockdown.
