How many Gs of CHo you trying to hit in Belgium? What did you do on Roth?
Will probabaly be somewhere around 380-400 in Belgium over the bike & run, with 45 before the swim start too. Roth was 560g on the bike and 260ish (can't remember how much I managed to get down on the run- was in a bit of a state)
what bib you reccomend to new rider best for money
Currently I'm wearing the assos mille GT c2 bibs- they're a lot of money, but 100% worth it imho
