Brother I also have a problem, I did some research, the shampoo takes away your good natural oil that your scalp produces, so wash less, get a shampoo free of sulphate and parabens, that's the foamy stuff. And wash only when hair looks oily (after two days) wash sometimes with a anti dandruff shampoo also. Sometimes when its wash day, wet your hair, give a massage gently with fingertips and condition only the bottom half of your long hair. No conditioning on scalp. Have a Blessed one🙌
Try using Auromere Ayurvedic shampoo/conditioner! All natural ingredients. I had dry flaky scalp and started using a year ago and cured my problem. Also don’t use hot water when washing hair, it dries your scalp and causes flakes.
