I have seen a dream that:
In the quiet of the night, I found myself standing in the sacred land of Makkah. The air was cool, and the blessed Masjid al-Haram stretched out before me. My heart was full as I gazed toward the majestic Ka'bah, a sight that seemed even more magnificent in the serenity of the moment. Yet, something was different this time-there was no one around. The grand courtyard of the Ka'bah stood completely empty, as if the whole world had paused.
A gentle rain had just passed, leaving the earth glistening. As I walked closer to the Ka'bah, I noticed green leaves scattered across the courtyard, a rare sight in this holy place. The rain had brought life to these leaves, and some had even clung to the Ka'bah’s black covering, the sacred kiswah, as if nature itself was in awe of the Ka'bah's beauty. The freshness in the air, the peace in the surroundings-it all felt so divine.
But then, something else caught my eye: the door of the Ka'bah was wide open. My heart skipped a beat. The sight was breathtaking, overwhelming me with awe. What could this mean? I thought to myself, feeling the weight of the moment, as if an invitation from Allah Himself had been extended.
I continued walking, still in a state of Ihram, pure and devoted, as the cool rainwater reflected the soft glow of the green light-the very light that signals the start of Tawaf, the sacred circumambulation around the Ka'bah. The green light spread across the wet courtyard, as though illuminating my path, guiding me to begin the most important journey of worship.
As I approached, preparing to start my Tawaf, I couldn’t help but gaze at the open door of the Ka'bah and the black stone, Hajr al-Aswad, sparkling with rainwater. A desire filled my heart to kiss the stone, to reach out and touch the Ka'bah, to pour out my heart in prayer. But I paused, deciding first to complete my Tawaf with the utmost devotion before standing before the door to offer my Dua.
Just as I began my Tawaf, the silence was broken. A few figures appeared in the courtyard, walking alongside me. Among them was one familiar face, someone I recognized, but I couldn’t quite place them in that moment. Overcome with emotion, tears began to well up in my eyes. I could no longer hold back, and I broke into uncontrollable sobs. The sacredness of the place, the open door, the mercy of Allah-it all felt overwhelming.
The familiar figure approached me, gently placing a hand on my shoulder. With a kind, soothing voice, they said, "This is not the place to weep, my friend. This is the place to make Dua." Their words, like a gentle reminder, helped calm the storm within me.
As we continued walking, something strange occurred. I noticed a young teenager, sitting near the sacred Ka'bah, engrossed in his mobile phone. The sound of reels playing from his device echoed through the peaceful courtyard, out of place in this sacred space. With frustration and concern, I approached him, reminding him gently but firmly, “This is not the place for such behavior. Makkah is sacred. Show respect.”
And then, as quickly as the dream began, I awoke. My heart still filled with the emotions of that incredible journey-an open door, scattered leaves, and the eternal invitation to seek Allah's mercy.

One thing to add is the role of these hajj/umra operator. These semi-literate/uneducated badbakhts violate their business agreements and exploit their customers all in the name of religion and say 'Bhai sabr karein, mushakilaat tou aatein hein' where these 'mushkilaats' are due to foul play from their side. Allah in ko hidayat day aur parahay likahy professional logon ko iss field mein aanay key taufeeq day. Aameen

Good research, i agree with all your points. I’ve come across beggars who are fluent in English, and they tell the same stories as you mentioned in the video. I was even more shocked to see alleged prostitution, as girls in burkas were seeking potential customers at night on the streets of Madinah. It’s disheartening to witness such things. May God help us and guide us on the right path.
