You are so funny and authentical , so I really enjoy your videos a lot! And to watch your boat tour is very interesting , because now I know the dimensions better❤. Thank you🙋🏼♀️and all the best from Germany ❤️🙋🏼♀️
Just today I booked a hire boat for next September. We are traveling from America and have always wanted to try a canal cruise. I'm following many other cruisers and by next year I should be proficient at doing the locks. Thank you for sharing!
Oh that’s fab! You’ll love it 😻 we see so many people from other countries on the water and they all said they keep coming back 😆so hope you have lots of money for future trips 🤣 Where are you picking the boat up from ? What part of UK
Appreciate the video . Good to see that the problems that we have are not our own #manky curtains #morningbeddance #space Glad to see you're enjoying being out again though x
Beautiful comfy boat. Love it. You were so funny going round all those shops looking for plant pots. It was hilarious. You two should be on the telly. Thank you for another great video. Take care.
The “before” was so beige, why is every boat wood and cream or beige on the inside? Love your changes, especially the tile and the blue cupboards in the kitchen.
Scrub that, as I was leaving my comment had a notice come through from CRT saying 3 trees have come down at bridge 5 Market Harborough, Sooo towards Leicester it is then.🤣🤣😎
Everything is so natural and normal with you two. Lovely boat tour as well. I am always surprised that we all have so much toot to carry around with us and find a place for. See you next week, looking forward to it!
Another great vlog. I so look forward to seeing you two. You come across as so friendly and warm and so 'normal'. Nice tour of the boat. I used to work (now retired) at the firm that built up your engine. It's possible that I even handled it. Regards to you both, keep going.
Cheers Rod, thanks so much for commenting so pleased you enjoy our vlogs! I love my engine, was talking to an engineer recently he said one of the best canal boat engines avaliable, bullet proof he said...so well done mate😊
Thank you for the tour :) We have a trad stern but were able to have an extra wide hatch installed. This enables two people to stand at the back with the steerer and not be in the way for social cruising :) The kitchen does look inviting, well done, Paul :)
Hi ya, we have just started watching and enjoying your vlogs. We were interested to see your boat tour, especially as much of your boat looks identical to ours! Was yours fitted out by MGM narrow boats?
Nice vlog, we just left market harborough so missed you, love the town, we have a 12v fridge works fine for us . Enjoy mh, I think Christmas light switch on is soon.
Thanks for the tour. I'm hopefully getting a boat soon and the thing that concerns me is both a good thing and a bad. I'm very hands on to do repairs, maintenance etc, good. I'm 55 and have acquired a lot of tools I don't want to get rid of, bad. I'll be looking for a trad stern as you have, mainly for the extra storage. I agree you're galley is very nice.
Me again! I notice that someone warned you off a12v fridge because of the cost. We just bought a cheap standard fridge from Currys and got it converted to 12v by Inlander in Birmingham. They were pretty good and overall it worked out loads cheaper than buying a specific 12v marine fridge. Plus we had lots more choice of sizes!
Hiya. Love your videos. Thanks for sharing. Just seen your latest boat tour. Please can you tell us where you got your matting on the stern deck. Been looking for ages for this kind of thing to fit exactly. Cheers Liz
Yeah good thought. We did try it but we would need to do some woodwork and not side out carpentry skills are up to that just now 😆 But one day we will get round to it Xx
Don’t get a 12v fridge. They are twice the price and they are rubbish. Just get an efficient 240v especially as you now have the lithium. Same with the telly. 12v appliances are a con. Oh yeh boycott chain brands coffee shops and support independent. End of rant😂
Love the tour and you have a great boat really enjoyed the video best wishes 😊
Thanks so much! 😊
Enjoyed the tour! ❤
Glad you enjoyed!
Easily the most fun canal boat video channel. Thanks for it.

Ooo Paul will have to answer this one as I’m clueless 😆

Yes tools become part of the family 🤣
But they never move out !
did the exact thing in Costa, left half of it. 😅 A bucket of milk that might’ve looked at some coffee beans and thought? Nah…
We should know better !! 😆

Hi
Thanks for the comments 😁
And the matting was there when we bought the boat so can’t help you there sorry x
Enjoyed the tour. The boat looks great. So can you turn the mattress the other way so you are not running into the wall with your head or feet?
Yeah good thought.
We did try it but we would need to do some woodwork and not side out carpentry skills are up to that just now 😆

you two don't get on - can't watch your videos
Thanks for taking the time to comment though ☺️
I was wanting to enjoy this video until you used the Lords Name. You have put me right off. So sad.😢😢😢
It's not sad at all, but yeah we are probably not the right channel for you. Thanks for the comment tho😊
The before looked great, Guy Martin didn't ruin a boat as much
Each to their own, thanks for the comment😘
@@locksandlandscapes it looks great and love the colours ditch the wood in narrow boats I say for sure 😆
