I would have rather seen Ice with Craig Mitch and Kick Game. she's very lowkey/low energy and I think Craig would have bought more out of her than Joe did (or at least balance it where it didn't feel as boring). Joe def tried to work with what he was given but I think Craig would have capitalized on any spark and balance out the low energy portions. and Joe didn't do that.

Here's a classic cinnamon roll recipe for you to try:
**Ingredients:**
- For the dough:
- 1 cup warm milk (about 110°F/45°C)
- 2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- For the filling:
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
- For the cream cheese frosting:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
**Instructions:**
1. In a small bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until the yeast is frothy.
2. In a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the yeast mixture with sugar, melted butter, eggs, flour, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface or using a dough hook attachment on low speed for about 5-7 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
5. While the dough is rising, prepare the filling by mixing together brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
6. Once the dough has doubled in size, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a large rectangle, about 16x20 inches.
7. Spread softened butter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the butter.
8. Starting from one long side, tightly roll up the dough into a log. Cut the log into 12 equal pieces using a sharp knife or dental floss.
9. Place the cinnamon rolls in a greased 9x13-inch baking pan, cover them loosely with plastic wrap, and let them rise for another 30-45 minutes, or until puffy.
10. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Once the rolls have risen, bake them in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
11. While the rolls are baking, prepare the cream cheese frosting by beating together softened butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and creamy.
12. Once the cinnamon rolls are done baking, let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before spreading the cream cheese frosting over the top.
13. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious homemade cinnamon rolls!
