I really needed this after this horrible night. My stubborn arse would have normally rejected anyone telling me to calm my "bits". This time, i bursted into laughter instantly and then calmed down enough to relax. Thank you for this. You are such a breath of fresh air.

The way you know some of us are thinking "dinnae tell me to calm doon." That gets me every time. The bits are defiant but by the end I always feel calmer.
