To my untrained eyes, it always that GTA3 and VC are essentially the exact same even it comes to graphics and functions. Are there any major (or even minor) differences between the two?

GTA games are already 10-25 years old and people still make comparisons based on them, this is how games should be made.
That is how open worlds should be made, full of details, improvents wih each iteration and filled with interesting stuff rather than being lifeless and boring like most AAA games these days.

5:53 fun fact: depending on where exhaust is located it won’t submerge the vehicle for an example the comet engine will stop because exhaust is submerged in a specific limit but for a truck like phantom it will take longer for it to be fully submerged
Nah it’s just because the comet is a in a rear engine layout so the test is biased because the engine got drowned

Bro, even if you have run out of ideas, its ok. We know how much you are working hard behind the editing of these videos and these are actually my relaxation videos. So, keep going, maybe you'll also find a new type of content but dont give up.
One thing is changing the type of particle that gets generated if the spawnpoint is water instead of air, but actually calculating collisions for all those particles, no please, I don't want my FPSs tanked for an unnoticeable detail.
