@NiToLeBarbue Hi witch gen do you have of the hk10 line. I have no problem, but everytime I open the app it synchronize buy itself. I don't have to do anything. I mean it is always pair. But the step counting, sleep and things like that they synchronize everytime I open the app.
@ i bought the pro max a couple of weeks ago. Same, if i open the app it synchronize by itself but that’s my point. You do have to open the app for ir to sync, if i do not open the app for 5/6 hours or so a lot of apps are not working anymore such as the meteo.
@@NiToLeBarbue hi, I also saw number of people saying that it is easily disconnected with the wearfit pro app. I don’t know if the hk10 pro max watch is capable to connect with Lewear app. but you may try

I recently got the Hk10 pro max. Do you also have syncronisation issues ? Meteo is always out of sync. I need to open the app for it to sync back.
