"God Save the Tsar!" (Russian: Бо́же, Царя́ храни́! [боже, царя храни!], tr. Bóže, Carjá hraní!), also known in english as Bozhe, Tsarya khrani, was the national anthem of the Russian Empire and, for a time, the national anthem of the Principality of Bulgaria. The song was chosen from a competition held in 1833 and was first performed on 18 December 1833. It was composed by violinist Alexei Lvov, with lyrics written by the court poet Vasily Zhukovsky.

At times, I feel like there are some people unnecessarily demonized in history. While I have no doubts that Tsar Nicholas wasn't a perfect leader by any means (because, frankly, no leader is perfect by any stretch of the imagination), the way they had to spend the last months of their life and the way it ended was nothing short of punishment far in excess of cruelty.
Their deaths were no punishment, it was straight up barbarism
It was the damn jewish backed bolsheviks that destroyed russia

Tsar Nicholas II was not a bad man, by all accounts an extremely good one. Just ill advised, and easily swayed by the looming legacy of his father, had he truly stuck to his principles rather than be a reluctant autocrat, Russia would probably be a better constitutional monarchy for it. Not the hulking post-Soviet monstrosity that we see today.
