I made the same trip in 2019, I really enjoyed the remoteness of Bleaker Island. No light pollution at night, so a perfect view of the Southern Cross constellation.

Kelpers had the first landing strip thanks to the Argentine Air Force, that built it in 1972 with aluminum sheets taken along with heavy machinery from Buenos Aires.
This brought undoubted benefits to the well-being of the islanders for many years.
Then the British, on May the 1st 1982, bombed that runway...

Very interesting video showing your travel to Falklands. I have now watched two videos showing your travel and inward travel to Bleaker Island.
    Very enjoyable.
I’m hoping you have more videos as i would love to see more if Stanley.
How do you acres money in Falklands ? Is there a cash dispenser at bank or any of the stores ? Can you pay by switch. ? I’ve heard it’s tricky to get money.
I’d love to visit. I know there are two options from uk. Either on the Airbridge from Brize Norton or the way you went. I would love to take the route via Santiago and Punta Arenas? Is it worth staying over a night in z Punta ?
It was great showing your flight down and the realty of the delays. Also you said great scenery.
Super video. Hoping for more. Thanks.

What on earth made you refer to the FIGAS aircraft as a ‘Cessna’! It’s a Britten-Norman BN-2 Islander.
You correctly referred to a car that you didn’t recognise as a 4x4. You didn’t call it a Land Rover.

Those islands are called Malvinas, it is wrong to say "falklands", because that is the name that the settlers use.
If you ask the inhabitants of those islands, they will say that they are British, but that is not really what matters, England invaded those islands, just as it tried to invade Buenos Aires, and could not.
All countries in the world (except England, the United States) recognize that the Malvinas are Argentine.
The question is very simple, England only wants them to be able to exercise control in the region, no Englishman is going to live in the Malvinas unless it is because they are paid, it is not a place where civilians want to live, it is an occupation regime and it serves to try to demand rights over Antarctica.
This is doubly dangerous, not only because it increases geopolitical tensions, but also because Antarctica is an enormous natural reserve that both Chile and Argentina agreed to protect, but of course, the English are far away, the only thing they are interested in are the resources they they can extract, oil for example.
We must not allow the English and North Americans to continue invading the world.
    Imperialism must disappear.
The British pirates have military bases all over the planet, they are willing to commit whatever genocides are necessary in order to impoverish humanity.
And why do they want to impoverish people?
Because it is the only way for people to sell them their hours of life, their hours of work, in exchange for a few pieces of paper.
The Greengos will be expelled as they were from South Africa, India and Bangladesh, they will be expelled from the Venezuelan essequibo, from Haiti, from Africa, they will be expelled from Palestine and also from the Malvinas.
We defend democracy and freedom, England is a monarchy and its new world order is as retrograde as feudalism itself.👁️
