I'm always fascinated with your ability to design and build a cool 3D printer! I don't think it's something I'll ever get into these days but it's just mind-blowing to see how good your are at this stuff!
The more of Your work I see, the more I become a fan of Your work. I'm in this whole 3d printing hobby because a fascination with and desire to do similar things. Just a beginner at the moment but the data i have absorbed is staggering.
The quality looks way better than I expected. I don't know how soon I'll start to build one myself, but I thing it'll be within next year. Also I'll probably use wood parts for the base and top, done by my CNC. That might turn out to be a disaster ^^ Anyway thank you very much. Without you I wouldn't have probably ever considered to build a delta printer on my own.
Thank you so much... I have alrady start building this beautufull Delta, and the MIN ist making the smaller parts of it. This little Delta "MIN" ist working wonderful. For the heated Bett ther ist on amazon a 100 X100 square one . Delivered in one day. This i think will fitt to. Again thanks to the best 3d printer devoleper-designer....Rolohaun!!!
Sweeeeeet, but i get into Piaggio and i build to many Rooks (4). They are Awesome 👍😎‼️ One have a RRF on it. Rolohaun Printers are AWESOME 👍😎 what ever you choose and Discord is AWESOME to! Only 50cc Bug bite me (43). Old Man on Scooter 😁. Anyway, build one of Rolohaun Printers. More Deltas are always good 👍😎‼️
I'm a bit surprised that you're using IGUS bearings, most people say that they're no good. But I guess you figured something out with your clamping mechanism. I'll have to take a look at how you did that later.
Hello my name is Gianni and i like so much your designes, and i wanted to know if you have a problem if i use the 3d models from the model Rook Bastion and make it more larger. Bc i want to transform a 300x300x400 printer(anet et5) on a core xy. Thank you i am from Argentina!
congrats for the wonderful build. it looks super good. i wanted to comment on the name as it's coincidental with the name of a small awesome custom built ship made in star trek voyager
@Rolohaun great, gotta gather some money and make one early next year! non of my printers (kp3s pro v1 / T1 pro) let me fiddle with klipper so this looks like a good starting point. Amazing design. Kinda want to use this for abs printing since FLSUN lied to me and can't print abs properly.. will this print ABS just fine if I add some carbon filter or do I need chamber heater too?
P1S hotend will work, you need to cut the ends off either one but they are the same shape and design. ender board will be fine. I do not recommend any other joints than the MP Jets

I love the name. Gives me voyager vibes for sure!
Congrats! Another quality release.

Love the work that you do. I hope some vendor reaches out to you about preparing kits
Mini delta's are sick!

Looks fantastic, cant wait to build one at some point!
Same 😊😂
Really great work!!❤
i was going to build the mini, but now im building this lol, mostly the same bom with some small differences
Such a cool printer! Will LDO, West3d, or Fabreeko be making kits?
unsure, we will see how popular this is
Yep, hope someone makes a kit soon.
Dude! This is so cool!!
Awesome! Congrats! Going to let things settle for a bit and would love to buy a kit like the Rook.

Hi could you do a stream of finishing the panda mini pls
@@doglol926 Panda mini wad archived for RC150 I don't have anymore to show unfortunately
@ oh sad I am building it and like video guides. The first 3 are a real help still
@doglol926 sorry about that, I do have a channel on my discord for it and we can help with any questions
@ 👌
awesome build
How do you know the lenght of the arm? Some angle of degree you want to stay under or?
@@uvz6539r you can use trigonometry, I just estimated it in CAD
Fair. Any recommedations on what max angles or so the rods stay within?

@@cosmic_cupcake they are not perfect but they do need to be clamped to work decently

not problem at all, please make sure you join my discord and post your build progress!
Oh God, I need to build one right now!

Yep, I enjoy voyager :)
I absolutely want this, so cute.
btw do bowden on deltas do matter or is it surmountable with gradual flow option in slicer?
the bowden length is small on this size of delta so not a issue with bowden

Way cooler than the old monoprice mini delta.
will p1s hotend fit? also can I use ender 3 4.2.2 board instead. and axspeed 27mm M3 as ball joints?

This looks fucking awesome I wanna make one.
How small can this design can be made? I miss having my MPMD on my desk
@KanielD this can be 50mm shorter but I have a smaller design called MIN also
Soo tempted. Might have to sell some stuff first.
Can you make some updates for 10mm linear roads , i have already 8 linear roads and 10 lmu10uu and i dont want to spend 75€ more to buy 8mm ?
I won't have time to do it but join my discord. There are users making mods all the time
Complete noob here, wanting to know why this design is superior. Beautiful thing either way.
it's something different, delta's are not mainstream and they are very good capable printers that I want to shed light on
With all the used delta in the market you can buy for cheap and mod with klipper, this makes no sense imho
it's for someone who wants to build their own and not every area has a used market with cheap delta 3d printers
DeLTa's FOREVER !!! Salutations from France.
what benefit delta than other type of 3d printer?
@@andrikurniawan531due to the light weight extruder and overall design it allows for fast accel
No offense, but... why? For 300 you can have quite decent printers nowadays. Who is TA for this? I'm struggle to make sense out of it.
"for someone interested in getting into deltas"
anyone who wants to have fun doing things without having to explain
@@mariotubelecce Fair enough ;)
This Work ist so much Fan, IT IS worth every Dollar!!!!
just something for DIY builders, tinkerers or delta fans
patent, mass produce and sell :D
there might be kits one day
