What to do if I want to separate the words in two different columns and also want to remove brackets. Like James in one cell and Manager in another cell without brackets? Can you please help me with it.

Well the Title SAYS Delete Brackets and everything inside it...
If you just wanna delete brackets then you should follow This tutorial and just Select () where we selected space: ua-cam.com/video/Kr1rZVr7gQg/v-deo.html
or You can use this tutorial where i used formula to remove spaces and you could just place () inside the formula: ua-cam.com/video/Z0uyiPMY-7k/v-deo.html

I'd rather replace it with empty string instead of space.
