I have been looking for a tutorial for textured placemats to make for my daughter. And here it is! Thank you, Tiffany!

I have some of this yarn! Love these! Going to make a couple. Thanks Tiff for this awesome tutorial! 😘
Perfect for spring
Love it.
Very nice
Hi Tiffany Hansen right now I am working on my cottage core mosaic blanket and granny squares blanket and half double crochet blanket and I love your channel and your videos and if you keep making videos I will keep watching them and what is your favorite crochet project to work on right now and favorite types of yarn to used when crocheting and keep up the great work on your UA-cam channel and keep up the great work on your crochet projects ❤
Very nice. You look nice too. Thx for all that you do.☺️💝🧶
Hey! Love these place mats! Would a macrame rope work?
Hi crochet friends.
What size crochet hook? I'm going to make a set of these!! Love it!!
I cant find any yarn that is comparable to this yarn anywhere
Tiffany if I use the Bernat macrame yarn it is a size 6 weight instead of the 7 weight should I use the M hook instead of the N hook? Thanks
That is a great question! I would either go up a crochet hook size to a 12mm or you can add a couple more stitches in your foundation row to meet dimensions. Thanks for asking Racene!
Do you think I could make this in a circle instead of a rectangle?
Yes! The amount of yarn would give you a pretty small circle though. You might want to add more. 😊❤️🧶
Can I make this smaller with just 10 chains
Absolutely Elizabeth! That would be more of a coaster size but super cute!!
@@CrochetWithTiffany thank you xx😘 that’s what I’m looking for coaster size
What size crochet hook?
Crochet Hook - N/15 - 10mm
What mm is the yarn string please😊
Hi Rhonda! The size of the yarn I am using is a Jumbo size 7 weight. For more material information check out the description section below the video. 😊❤️🧶
The best I can tell from my research & studying the label the yarn string (diameter) is 15mm Iris that the hook size recommendation?
How would you do this pattern in 2 colors?
Oh gosh, I would probably color up options on a piece of paper first and then decide what I wanted to do. 😊🧶❤️
@@CrochetWithTiffany lm a beginner at crocheting. I'm currently working on yoUr flower Granny Square. So far so good. But, I really like these placemats. Maybe you could do a tutorial on how you do color design on paper first.
