He had Terminus but that's completely irrelevant in this scenario because even if the Sing didn't have it Spooky would be dead since he was in Deep Wounds. Adrenaline only heals one health state, not fully. He was dead Terminus or no Terminus.
there's a "bug" where if you throw a flash bang into the hook, you aren't able to counter it by looking up, you have to turn away completely to avoid it

17:03 he got this one perk from Wesker it fully counters Adrenalin you can see it poping up on the bottom right at 16:59 right when you get hit. i love this perk so strong since everyone runs adrenalin
Yes, he has the perk but no, that's not what happened. Even if the killer didn't have Terminus Spooky would still be a one shot because he was in Deep Wounds. Adrenaline doesn't fully heal one person, it only heals one health state. If you slow the video down you can see that Adrenaline procs like 0.1s before he's hit, so his mend is healed but he still get clapped.
If he had held W he would at least have had enough distance to make use of the speed boost and last longer.

Flashbangs bounce off the floor, so it was probably an unlucky timing of it being in the air when he looked up. The fact that they bounce off + have an area of effect (rather than a straight, clear beam like flashlights) makes looking up to avoid them really unsafe. It's better to look away, since flashbangs cannot blind killers from the back.
