Do you perhaps mind doing a video on how to get back into a fitness routine, or rather if one has been slacking/inactive for months anddoesn't know where to start, how to start, which home exercises to start with if one doesn't belong to a gym. I am somehow in such a situation and find it quite overwhelming ❤
