Rishaad's comparison is sooo matured, that's why I like him. Its true neither the Ducati buyer goes for a triumph nor the triumph buyer goes for the Ducati. Pointless to pick a winner but exciting to see how they differ from each other.

And I recently did Pune to Pithoragarh and back 3500 KM ride on my Panigale V2
You should have brought Street Triple 1200 RS, which would have been much better comparison, especially in terms of pricing
Deliveries haven't yet started for the Speed Triple RS in India.

I know this is an old review but it would be great to see the PV2 compared to the TST1200RR. I’m conflicted on these 2 bikes and I’m also wondering if the tweaks to riding position would favor it on track compared to the RS.

v2 should be compared with aprillia 660 and zx 6r and r6 and cbr 600r
Aprilia isn't in India yet and the other three are discontinued.
I cant wait to get my RS to the track and rip it even though i have zero experience. But i KNOW this beast can help me with my confidence bcoz of its easy rideability.

These are superbikes .they are gonna cost much however you can get the triple r instead of the rs and save yourself around 3lacs

Triumph street triple rs is a really nice bike. But I will change the bug eye headlights. At the end of the day as he said a Ducati buyer will not look at a Triumph.

All discontinued in most markets around the world. 600cc supersports are now a thing of the past. Demand was dropping over the years and manufacturers didn't see the point in investing to make them meet Euro 5 emissions norms. The only other middle weight supersport you could consider is the MV Agusta F3 800 which was recently relaunched in Euro 5 spec, but that bike is not available in India.

A Naked is a naked no matter how much power and features it has on tap. Going >200 kmph on a naked needs lot of compromise over a fully faired motorcycle. Secondly, the Ugly front fascia of the RS is a huge turn off for me personally. It's obvious this comparo resonates Apple vs Orange, hence nothing much to say. The only flip side I see with the red devil being the exhaust note - really lacks the growl of inline 3 or 4s, sounding like a 2 stroke motor. Not justified for the 23 lakhs OTR premium. Otherwise anytime Ducati !!!

Power difference between STRS and V2 is 32hp. Power difference between V2 and 10R is 48hp. We never said this was a direct comparison, and the closeness in laptimes is why we did it. If you want a direct comparison, its V4 vs 10r
Street triple RS is a Tesla while ducati V2 is Porsche tycan. That's the only difference. Both are fast but one has a legacy behind it
