This is an edit Through my professional use of these, I can honestly give it a 7 out of 10. MANY pros, as well as a few cons. Pros: charging was simple, magnet is strong, it does what it needs to do most of the time. Cons: there were a few times where the GPS would stop communicating with the app, leaving the icon frozen, pretty much. That's a little worrisome as a bondsman. Overall, if the company is willing to fix the cons, and don't see why this wouldn't be an excellent product.
