I don't know what infidelity Tilly did, but I agree that she's not a good mother. She kind of let her son get abused by Cotton for her little dolls and hardly stuck up for him when her friends were treating Hank like shit in that one episode. And then expected Hank to stick up for her when Cotton openly embarrases her in front of others.
MagicalPeachInternet Yeah I always took it to mean “I never taught you to take it that far” because if Peggy’s injuries had been from Hank it would’ve meant he beat her to within an inch of her life. 9:50 I'm sorry, but Boomhauer does *not* "seem to respect his dates." Look no further than to when he hides from the Ice Cream lady and tells Hank, Dale, and Bill to lie to her and tell her that he moved away in order to dump her. In fact, the only time he *does* seem to respect one of his "dates" is when he actually falls in love; only to find that she is a female version of himself and was playing *him* the whole time.
For me, Peggy is the most evil character of the show. She thinks way to highly of herself and thinks that she is a genius, which results in her getting into trouble all the time. And because she sees herself as superior to others, she goes out of her way to proove, put down, or straight up sabotage other people, including her own son Bobby. When Bobby displayed a talent for cooking, Peggy became insanely jealous because Hank liked Bobby's cooking more than Peggy's as Hank has said that her dishes are mediocre (not in front of her though), she went even further when she stole Bobby's Thanksgiving turkey. She will do anything to prove that she's better than anyone else regardless of who she hurts in the process, like faking to be a nun so she could teach full time because she didn't want to work with Hank, teaching Spanish even though she knows words in Spanish, she doesn't know their English counterparts, which got her in trouble when she accidentally kidnapped a girl from Mexico. And the list of her misdeeds goes on, like abusing Bill to sell products in a pyramid scheme because he was such a good salesman. Dale and Cotton don't even like her, with Dale ruining her birthdays because he doesn't like her superiority complex. Cotton HATES her, not because he's a misogynist, but because he thinks that she's not good enough for Hank and that Hank could do way better than her which he stated to her face on his death bed.
After rewatching all 11 seasons I totally agree with you. Peggy's totally evil and not conscious of the impact of her actions or simply does not care. A great example as you mentioned is the Mexico kidnap episode or the way she downplays Lucky all of the time even when every other character respects him.
There's a theory floating around the internet that Peggy's actions are actually a result of the fall from the plane that she survived. I'm not saying it dismisses her from being the most evil character, but that it makes sense when you watch the entire series. She literally started behaving more irrational and self centered after the fall. She probably got some kind of a complex from surviving the fall and believes that she is better than everyone else because she didn't die.

Probably should have just included every character, given almost everyone has done something pretty bad, except maybe Luanne and Bobby, as most of the times they did anything spiteful, it was usually out of extreme ignorance or distress (such as Luanne's brief stint as a sort of hippie following her hair loss from the Megalo-mart explosion). Fantastic list, but you forgot to include Mad Dog, Cain sketteberg,Ward Rackley, Rich, and Bodhi.
Oh and the Bodybuilders who were practically torturing Bill.
I get the feeling that the events of Pigmalion were actually a dream since Peggy and Luanne were disturbingly calm when Trip died.
Yea it's probably the most detached the series has been, but in a good way.
Shock is a hell of a drug. Or maybe they were relieved he was dead. Either works for me

Once more a very accurate video next you should Supernatural good to evil
Rich should definitely be on the list, because every joke he makes is considered “vulgarity”, and basically makes Strictland Propane not a very nice place to be or come into, which could’ve decreased its remarkable status of best propane store, and almost turns the Store into a “Cesspool”, Hank calls it, until Rich finally gets fired for being a vulgar and mean spirited jerk.
i was at first super confused as to why debbie would be at the top but u got me. absolute intent to kill is pretty dang evil
Dishonorable Mention to Bill for 'Apres Hank, Le Deluge'. That power made him a monster.
Yeah Bill is not great in general, he is well creepy and always stepping over boundaries that he's got no excuse to not be aware of. I find it more difficult to like him than dislike him.

Tbh I'd probably put Leanne as the most evil. She's violent, manipulative, indulgent and just overall self-serving. Big Willy was definitely an ass but hardly what I would call "evil." As for Trip, well you explained yourselves why it's hard to classify him at all. And Debbie was really only acting out of anger for for the total overhaul of her lifestyle and then being kicked while she was down. I'm not at all defending her overall actions but a lot of us have had some crazy thoughts when situations spiraled out of our control. We don't actually even know if she would've been able to follow through with it when taking aim so I hesitate to call her "most evil."
Peggy has had quite a few instances of being a terrible person, and Hank could in some ways be considered a bully to Bobby, even if he was trying in his own misguided way to toughen up his son against the world.
Nice constructive comment man
The episode with King Philip wasn't a win at the end. The fair will probably be shut down, and the workers will be unemployed. He was a scum bag, yes, but the workers shot themselves in the foot there
Nice list, now how about Regular Show Villains: Evil to Most Evil please?
Rocket Power Characters: Good to Evil.
Also including characters from the movies/specials.
Great idea!
Yes!
Indeed Rocket Power is an underrated show in my opinion. Otto is definitely NOT going in Good though. He's either high neutral or low evil (dude has done a lot more bad than good honestly and he's often the cause for the problems in the show and can be a bully toward his closes friends and sister)
@@zeospark9715 I'd argue that Otto could even be considered the MOST evil.

Please Do Total Drama Villains Evil To Most Evil Please!
I don’t think Elvin should be that high up. Advice is advice. Kahn didn’t have to listen to it. The crashing the prom and stealing a CD are the only things that are actually bad. The rest was just him living his life like he wanted to and Kahn deciding for himself that he wanted that lifestyle.
Min's dad 'The General.' A literal war criminal from the killing fields of Laos. I think that qualifies as evil.
