The excessive torquing of the whole siren on this one is all thanks to those lovely hot-dipped galvanized angle iron legs they used on the later ones. Even though the earlier painted angles were also a bit of a softer metal, they weren't nearly as bad as these galvanized ones. Looks identical to the three we occasionally "play around" with over in Upson County, and even has the same cycle timing as those do. Great catch Bill!
