- Alyssa is fed up by the constant harassment she is receiving from her neighbor Kirk. Despite her pleas to be left alone, he continues to bother her. Not even a restraining order is keeping him away. Finally one day, Alyssa feels her life is in danger and calls the police. She then calls her boyfriend Ronny, alerting him of the situation as well. Ronny heads straight to her house determined to save her from this lunatic. When Ronny arrives at his girlfriend's apartment, the police think he is the problem and arrest him instead because he is black and in the wrong place at the wrong time.

That’s Rejection though but I’m not like that I’ll just say it’s ok and walk away.
That neighbor sure is a creep! I had a situation like that in Chicage with a neighbor. He wouldn't leave me alone--he'd follow me home from school every day! My dad finally confronted him & told him to quit following me. Even had the cops after him too.

The only other problem was that the cop cuffed the wrong guy. The girl said the creep is staring at her through her windows. That would mean that the creep was outside her home for quite some time. The cop arrested the boyfriend the minute he arrived on scene. That just makes no sense. This cop is so stupid. At least he didn’t drive away with her boyfriend.

@@rosaestela1000 I just wish that a restraining order would be enough to deter these creeps, particularly the consequences for violating the order, such as getting the death penalty in the most torturous way possible. I know that is a bit extreme, but if that were the case, that kind of punishment for violating restraining orders would work wonders to deter these creepy people who can't accept that if a woman isn't interested, she's just not interested.

Exactly, if a woman says she's not interested, it means just that, she's not interested. It doesn't mean that she's playing hard to get, that she's saying no when she really means yes, or that she's toying with your emotions or playing games with your heart--it means that SHE'S JUST NOT INTERESTED! I did this one time, helped out a female who was having trouble with her ex stalking her, I happened to show up, chased his ass off, and not even a thank you, she was already inside her house, next day I was told no contact, no trespassing,....she made up with him, and she wound up trying to get me, who helped her , in trouble, ..never help a woman again, no matter what.
I'm so sorry that that was how someone who you went out of your way to help repaid you. I'd have just told her to tell someone who cares.

@Laura Nasewytewa Maybe the officer thought that he was the one harassing Alyssa, so that's probably why he mistakenly arrested him, but I do agree that he should have apologized to the officer for accusing him of racism.

A persons home is their sanctuary and people should follow their home rules. I had stalkers befiore its scary even the Stalker Back in 2007 I think it was maybe a few years before or after that . It ended with him threatening to blow me up if I didnt give him whatever it was he wanted wich was to see me naked, Im a guy and I have disabilaties Itold the Staff about the death threats they handed it over to Police and The next day that Stalker was banned from the ChatSite he found me at.im not sure if he was arrested but u know somebody did something to him if he was permenatly banned.
