You know what's terrifying in life? Knowing you're attracted to men, and hiding it from the world, because of rejection, humiliation, violence & everything negatives that come from it. Knowing that Jesus loves you is good, and I love Jesus, too, but thinking about what might happen in the afterlife is even more terrifying. It's a constant war in my head and heart.
The best thing you can do as an individual (speaking to everyone here) is to be respectful of everyone and be an ally. Speak up to those around you. Affect the change. This goes for all discrimination.
I can sense and feel that you are absolutely genuine in what you say. I can feel that you love everyone and that comes across to me, but what I object to is the word “choose” you use when it comes to being gay. I didn’t choose to be gay, no one does. Do you think people would choose to be picked on, bullied, ridiculed spat at, shouted at etc. We don’t, we are born this way and there is absolutely nothing we can do about it. I was raised and loved with 2 brothers in exactly the same way, so why are they straight and I’m not? I’d love to give you an answer but I can’t , and that’s with me holding a PhD! But I did love this video, you went from bopping away to stock still and I could see how emotional you were getting. Remember, word choices. Take care my friend.
