INFJ here. So very true. I am trying to work on this. I have finally started to set boundaries. People think that I am a "rhymes with snitch" when I do that. It's all about balance.

Yea definitely. You can even learn how to set boundaries without offending most people

@@MizzNee796 I haven't made a video on it but I can say you'd be surprised at how many people actually won't be as offended or if they are they can get over it. Just gotta stick to your guns and be mentally prepared for worst case scenario

Even before I stumbled across typology more than 10 years ago, I noticed that the Se doms , and even the auxillaries, took social rejection in stride and seemed to move on from the experience with more ease than I did. And that is why I probably have had so many of them in my life
there are some things though that will cause me to ' door- slam'. : Public humiliation, stealing from me, and forming friendships with those who are at odds with me.
If I become cool with someone, and they become cool with people who are open advasaries against me, then id rather just not deal with the aforementioned. In those cases, I will just detatch, and keep it moving.

Interesting I actually sort of relate with that myself and withdraw from people for similar reasons. Maybe not a doorslam for me but it makes sense given I have the same functions. Public humiliation isn’t as big of an issue for me nor is rejection though but when people are fake I withdraw and stop interacting with them

When interference builds in the energy field, I got to go, nothing personal... but it feels toxic & no questions ask, I immediately feel the desire to move away from the interference to rebalance & evaluate!!! Blessings!!!!

Yea ultimately I think it depends. Maybe there’s different levels of the door slam

my first door slam ever happened recently. Just a "friend" who i found out was abusive to his gf...all the while telling me for the longest time how he was a victim.

Lots of anacronyms and initials ? I’m clueless , perhaps it’s for thr best but I was intrigued by the title so … possibly give some definitions or explanations so others can at least follow ? Just my thoughts

@@Mellownius NP. I encourage you to read up more on functions i may make some videos later to teach beginners but its not an easy task because I'm so far past the beginner stage it takes me a lot of effort to put myself in their shoes but most of my videos I allude to the functions mostly.
