If your outdoor unit restarts after you open the door:
- You need to use external 12V power adapter for your electromagnetic lock instead of 12V output in your outdoor unit.
or
- You need to use Power Booster Interface (in russian its called: "блок управления замком", so you can google it). It consists of one 240 Ohm resistor, one 4700x25 polar electric capacitor, two 1n4004 diodes. It has 3 wires (contacts): input 12V, common GND, and output for electromagnetic lock. It costs ~$3
If the Power Booster you have bought is not powerfull enough to open your electromagnetic lock, try another one from another manufactor. I think that 4700x25 capacitor is not enough powerfull and you should try 4700x35 capacitor. But I'm not sure.

I have connected it and (sometimes) when I press the code the outdoor unit restarts.
I looked into the door strike internals
and both 12V cables meets inside the unit and shorts, how can I solve it?

Is it possible to avoid the use of the call button, and only take and advantage of the camera and the remote unlock door?
How would it be?
This way will work only of you have short cable but if you connect to longer cable and due to high resistance this will not deliver enough voltage to camera during unclocking the door which take high current and as a resukt this will reboot the camera everytime you unlock the door. Connected as normal and found perfect operation.

The Rim lock is magnetized by the copper coil only No PCB/Circuit, So that not mentioned +ve / -Ve polarity, Any wire you can use for +ve & -Ve
If i give the power to poe via the outdoor unit, and the door lock coil gets damaged with time, can it damage my poe switch or intercom?
For dis 603-p model , I want to connect an electromagnetic lock on the door , how to wire it with the outdoor unit , I guess if poe is used to connect the outdoor and indoor , the outdoor can be used for the lock . connect the com and gnd on the outdoor station , 12v dc and no to the lock wires , am I right ?

Not really telling how to install it in the actual door. I bet you it is impossible as the moving part of the lock has the cables that need to be connected to the doorbell which is fixed.
I am not getting this to work with the KV6113. This has terminals with the same wiring (12VDC, COM, GND, NO) but when I connect the 12VDC w/ COM and the GND and NO to my 12VDC lock, nothing happens. Even when I connect the 12VDC and GND to my lock, nothing happens. Do the terminals need to be activated of some sort?

Need a VDP solution for 3 door lock, each door has separate lock and it has to open seperatley..
I have 3 wires to the door lock. When I connect Brown to GND, Yello to NO1 and Green to NC1, it works with an external 13V DC adapter. When connected to built-in 12V, it does nothing. The problem with the external DC adapter is that the door lock (motor) _ beeps every second. What do you think the problem might be?

This is ridiculous, am I going crazy? the part of the lock that has the cables need to be fixed, how can you install this lock that will be moving along with the door sheet when opening or closing, and connected to the fixed doorbell? it doesnt make sense!!!

Dont buy any product of hikvision worst company i have ever seen in terms of after sales service they only have their service center in mumbai only. If your product has any problem and manufacturing defect than you have to send it to mumbai on your own. And it will take around 1 month to come back to you. I have recently purchased same model ip vdp its comes with poe switch just after 20 days my poe switch light starts blinking and it stoped giving power supply to my doorbell and tft screen/indoor station. If any body of you are planning to buy dont go for this shit company instead try godrej which gives door service and you may try hawkvision also but dont buy hikvision products.
