The door station has 4 alarm inputs. I know that 1 can be used for the button that opens the gate. How to connect and use the other inputs (e.g. open gate or wicket sensor) to be able to read/receive it on the internal monitor. or in the hik connect app?

We've been installing these now for over a year now & believe me I had no idea u could get power from the outdoor station for locks, we always use external psu, great explanation though, any idea how to adjust lock time, as some locks just need a 2second trigger, thank you!

Hello @ 9.25 can the no touch button get 12V red & black from the intercom device - connect to 12V and GND? I don’t understand why there is a need for an additional power supply. Also with this config - does the touch button open both locks or just one? Please confirm. Thanks

@@adshikvision Dear friend! I alredy installed the complete system and it works fine. Now i'd like to connect an additional EXIT button to open the same electric lock. My object is to control the same lock with more Exit buttons. I figoured out , that the "No touch" Exit buttons's yellow line is an NC contact. I tried to connect both Exit buttons to the same connector (AIN3) but it won't work....If i connect the buttons in 2 diferent inpunts (AIN3 and AIN4) than i hear the relays noise but unfortunately the AIN4 button opens the NO2/NC2 contacts. What do think, how is it possible to install and connect 2 exit buttons? Thx

is POE enough to hold the mag locks i thought you would need a 12v power supply input to the external door station???
its depend upon your poe switch performance. most of the installer using this method but they are not facing any issue.
Hello, great video! What lock do i have to use at 1:30? I have installed a 10-24V AC/DC (effeff 118e500 a71) lock. does this work?
Device will share 12V only. but your lock 10-24V AC/DC (effeff 118e500 a71) you need to additional adaptor for lock

Thank for you this video- I tried using the DS-KV6113-WPE1 2nd Gen IP Villa Door Station to provide power to door strike but did not work. Does this only work with the Gen2 DS-KD8003-IME1? Is it because this KD8003 has a 12v power output?
Dear DS-KV6113 will not share power to lock..
Hey ADS Hikvision Tech. The 12VDC Port you connected to COM is an 12VDC input. Hikvision officially says, you should not connect your door opener there. Now i can see you connecting the door opener there in your video and it works. We have customers who destroyed their door stations by doing that. Do you have an answer?

hi, I performed the same installation as yours... but I have problems opening the door, I don't have the voice that says door open doesn't say anything, then if I try to open the door with the DS-KH8350 -WTE1 the screen freezes but the door is opened but without voice.
Update both device firmware
I updated to the latest firmware, it still gives me the same problem, as soon as I try to open the electric lock the ds-kh8350-wte1 locks out and for a minute I can't view the external station and the door open item says nothing. get resolved
Now everything works, I only have a problem when they ring and answer and as soon as I open the door after a few seconds the call stops. You can change this setting to last longer. Thank you
@@sparent1 Hi, how did you manage to solve this? I have same issue and it seems, like there is spike current, which drains power from mcu and therefore causes to reboot the outdoor unit. Will experiment with serial capacitors
So today I managed to solve this. After I checked my electric strike, it had wrong V/A ratings. I included some resistors in serial to it and now I can open gate even without external power, using just POE from switch. I have KD8003-IME1
Hello, is it possible to do same on DS-KV8213-WME1. I try without sucess - where can be mistake?... Just opening dor no dor button needed.

I have 2 doors to operate, one is electrical lock 12V and second is gate (without current needed).
If i use the 12V from 8003 unit it sometimes works and sometimes not (suspect lack of current for electric lock)
So i want to connect electric lock with external 12V adapter to COM & NO1.
But for gate i have to use connection without any current. If i connect to COM & NO2 i can damage gate el. card due to 12V from electric lock. Do You understand me? 😮😅
The relays on the door station are volt-free unless you use a separate power supply or make a bridge between 12V and COM whicg does not affect lock 2 connection
I connected the electric lock without DC, as shown in the video. And how to connect the gate which is 24v, can you help?
for 24 v lock u need to connect Adaptor + connect to lock +
Adaptor - connect to intercom outdoor COM
intercom outdoor NC connect to lock -
so this model doesn't need a separate 12V PSU just to unlock the door?

Do you have any experience with fuse implementation to electrical circuit? I have electric lock with 12 V DC, 0,24 A ...12 V with 50 Ohm. Could you please suggest what kind of fuse would be the best to secure hikvision unit and where to implement to circuit? Thank you

Electric lock without using adopter i connect but not working after tic sounds come outdoor intercom will restart same connection i did (12v to com, grd to door -, no1 to door+) electric lock is 12 v but im use 12v adopter it works properly. Maybe you understand what i wrote sorry for my english Cumunication😊
