Does it work with either 5 GHz WiFi or Bluetooth? If it's only 2.4 GHz Wifi, it's kind of obsolete out of the box!

Gosund smart bulbs can easily setup with alexa and Google assistant and easy to command they have great feature for generation like today gosund are best product i ever used

Great video! Thanks to this video, I could connect my smart lights to my devise. I was not able to connect a couple of sets from two different brands that I had just purchased. They did not work for me. I will return them. The ones that I just connected had been in use for almost a year, and they were easy to set up and control from the app since day one. Now they are under my voice command. Thanks to this smart lady on UA-cam.

Yes. Just remember to speak loud enough for your device to hear you.

Wow seems like too much work just to set up a damn smart bulb. I am returning my bulb as there is some sort of device, a port perhaps, I guess I need but not sure what it is?? If someone can let me know. would be much appreciated FYI I already have a WIFI box so...

Now can you do one for small ceiling down-lights, (not the big ones; it like everyone has a How-to” video on UA-cam for those)
I bought one ( just to try it out) and realize the connection/ pins are different 😤 , back to the store for a refund- so disappointing..... unless you can help me.
Saying you dont have a hub but your phone would count as a hub did you not put the app on your phone

Do I need a google home or can I just use my phone
I don’t have this bulb or any smart bulb, but it doesn’t look like you’ll need Google or Alexa to turn on this smart bulb, you can just use the app, however if you want to use your voice command to say “Hey Google turn on the lights or Alexa turn on the lights” then you’ll need Google home or Alexa

frustrating. i went through it, and it didnt connect to my internet. it set up a local group on its own and wont let me connect to wifi. i dont understand why. it says it must be the only devices on my wifi, and i know darn well i dont need to remove my laptop and tablet from wifi for this to work. i must be missing something.
and your google home looks nothing like mine, im on a galaxy s10, and it does not show the apps for adding. there is only add device, and its only scanning for hard devices. there is no option to choose apps to add, so i still dont understand how to connect any of this.

How do you add a second device?
You can add as many devices and group them to turn them all on at once
In case you didn't know this, you don't have to hold up the Echo Dot or Google Home to your face like it's a microphone in order for it to understand you.
