It's like you have to reign in that voice in your head to move forward. Everyone has self-doubts but is it doubt or self-pity that's going on in your head? And I refuse to have a pity party for myself. So when 💩hits the fan, I refuse to let it take me down. Instead of focusing on "why is this happening to me," I focus on finding a new strategy for anything that pops up. But I always think about this quote when those thoughts creeps in and it snaps me outta of it.
