I relate to Nick's temper. If I can't break something, I tend to scratch or hit myself. Not for intentional self harm, but because my emotions are so heightened and I didn't really grow up in a space where anger or "negative" emotions were discouraged. And my parents wonder why lmao
I throw water on the bathroom mirror or the kitchen windows, by flinging the water off of my hands when I wash them if I'm frustrated and know I can't break anything.
@@bethnichols2875maybe that's a good idea. I have this urge to break or hit something when I'm really pissed, but when there's nothing to break I turn it on myself because I don't know how to redirect the energy in that moment. It's not so much I'm trying to hurt myself (even though I tend to break skin or get bruises, don't feel it in the moment because I'm so mad), it's more so I just want to hit something and I'm the closest to me that wouldn't result in breaking something that belongs to someone else or something I might need later.
As someone who shaves their asshole with laser, I can confirm that it does not hurt at all.

Alright Ryan so I got some genius thing you could do in a public bathroom. You grab a long peace of toilet paper and make like a little ball and stuff it in the crack of the stall where you could be seen and sort of stuff like the center in there lightly and stuff the bottom and you could shit for hours without worrying about being seen
wait idk if i got ocd or anything, but like smtimes when i chew smthing, i count to ensure there is a pattern, like rice 4 times, chicken 5 times (but not all the time tho) or when i turn volume, i have to find a reason why i chose that number

I would have the OCD thing with lines on tile. If my left foot has stepped on the last 5 lines and my right fight only 3, now I have to make sure my right foot steps on the next 2 lines or else I feel uneven.
