The volume is sufficiently loud in all conditions, and the sound quality exceeds my expectations. To say that the sound quality is inferior to in-ear models is to misunderstand the purpose of this product, which is to keep one aware of their surroundings. The touch control area is not intuitive, requiring the use of two fingers to prevent it from moving during operation.
