Being a native Cajun from S. Louisiana where crawfish are in our DNA I really was surprised when I visited Stockholm a while back and saw crawfish on restaurant menus! This soup looks fantastic! Love that I found Rachel - we got hooked on her when she did her Little Paris Kitchen show!

Thank you and your generous Swedish hosts for a delightful exploration of Sweden through some of their favourite foods. Your interpretation of the recipes and presentation is warm and inclusive. Very well done.

Кекс получился пышным и вкусным! Не всегда у меня получается выпечка. Но ваш рецепт очень понравился! Рекомендую! Спасибо!

Many Swedes would not mix two so dominant tastes as Västerbotten and chantarelles. As a starter, we instead have a Swedish classic - chantarelle toast. The simplest way to do it, is my favorite: just fry the chantarelles in good butter, add a pinch of salt and when the chantarelles start to go "bang", you just put the chantarelles on top of a small piece of toasted bread. Done! :)

Likely lobster, I´d say. Definitely saltwater.

    Lovely series of video's.
If you're planning to do more on Swedish food, you can't miss 800 grader! They've just issued a recipe book. Their pizza's are amazing.
