I miss coming home from school every Friday and instantly turning on the new Minecraft episode. Regardless of everything that’s happened, always gonna love these guys.

Ryan's dying laughter at 39:38 is one of my favorite AH moments. Ryan is sick as a dog, and can't talk worth a damn, but he still takes enjoyment out of getting revenge on Gavin.

Noticing the visible difference in Ray from the 1 - 85 video to this one is really just depressing. Really makes you realize how much he changed. I miss old Ray.

Its all about repetitiveness. Ray enjoys playing video games but once he is done with them he wants to move on to new ones. In Achievement Hunter he was forced to play Minecraft which he hated over and over again. Now he has the ability to change games and he often takes his viewers opinion but he will play through the game and then say it sucked and made fun of it before moving on and leaving it in the past. Having to play Minecraft for 3-4 years really tore into him.
@@TheCrow938 Not being allowed to stream video games didn't help either. Meanwhile now literally everyone in Achievement Hunter streams and no one says anything about it.

I'm just at the point where I'm gonna pretend that the last 5 years never happened, and neither did any of the people in it. There's nothing in the 2020's worth salvaging.
Ryan was never a predator, Roosterteeth didn't get taken over by greedy woke cucks, they didn't throw their employees under the bus to save their own asses, and tolerance for political sides was still a thing.
If I think this way long enough, I may actually regain my hope for the future.

Watching how dull Ray had become towards the end makes me really appreciate Jeremy and how funny he continues to be after, what, 3 or more years as a part of the A Team.
Its about the repetitiveness. Ray hated playing the same game over and over while Jeremy thrives on the camaraderie of it and is still a fan at heart. I think both Ray and Jeremy figured out what they want to do and ended up where they belong because Ray is amazing on twitch

Let’s recap
- Ray got tired of playing Minecraft every week and left

I am. So tired of good things turning out to be bad. And of bad things happening to good people.
Same. I mean I know things change (and some thing people do..just.....) but AH wouldn't always be the same. I'm glad Ray is doing something he loves. Both Geoff and Griffin agreed to a divorce. I'm pretty sure Gavin and Meg are still dating but it does suck a fan would be that crazy. And well,there isn't much to say about Ryan,what he did was bad and hurt not only the community but AH itself. I still mostly watch for Michael and Gavin (however I also really like alfredo and Trevor. They both have grown on me over the years)

The dumbass view a lot of people seem to be taking is that because it so happens that the average of all the coin flips almost invariably ends up at 50 - 50, then an unseen force intervenes to make a series of same-side flips unlikely.

If you've had a decent education you would know that getting heads 3 times in a row is 12.5%. And *****, 1/2 * 1/2 * 1/2 = 1/8, not 3/8. The fact that you got an easy equation like that wrong and that you call this kind of probability a lengthy process when it really isn't, tells me you haven't finished your education yet.
The point that Ryan was trying to make was that no matter who you are or how many times you flip the coin, there will always be a 50/50 chance either way. Do you think it makes a difference to the coin if it comes up heads or tails? It has nothing to do with math, because it involves human error, which is the best described I could think of. Now, if it was a program on a computer, that would change the outcome, because there is no "chance" in that outcome.
Honest to God, Gavin getting killed by that anvil makes me think his lifelong goal is to become a real-life cartoon character. XD (And no, X-Ray and Vav doesn't count)
The coin argument still bothers me because, as usual, Gavin is right.
If you flip a coin once, the odds of getting heads are 50%.
If you flip a coin three times, the odds of getting heads all three times are 12.5%.
How do they not get this?
Sean Gentry because they're going off of each flip as it's own part so each flip it's a 50 50 chance of getting heads. If it's a series then you get into the 12.5 percents so both sides are right.
@Jarrett D Except he didn't. He made it very clear what he thought and he was right. He always referred to it as 3 heads and made it very clear he understood there are 8 outcomes. It was everyone else misunderstanding Gavin and Gavin not being able to explain himself properly that caused the problem. What Ryan was essentially saying is "given 2 heads have already been flipped, the odds of a third is 50%", but that was not what Gavin was saying at all. What Ryan is saying is true but it is not addressing the point at all.

Yeah but each time you flip a coin it’s still 50/50. Gav was saying basically because the first was heads it was now less likely to get heads again, when that’s not the case. Because any outcome of 3 coin flips is 12.5%, not just 3 heads/tails. Every outcome has the exact same probability, whereas gavin thought that one outcome affects the others which it doesn’t. So Gavin’s over argument is actually very wrong, because he was arguing the rarity of the 3rd flip, not the whole set of flips.

They were both right. There are eight different outcomes fom flipping a coin but one coin toss does not affect the outcome of the next.

The thing is, that there is actually a scientific explanation for gavin's thinking about the coins. It's called the gamblers fallacy, and it basically says that a person is convinced that the previous results have an effect on future results
michael slagle what he's talking about isn't the gambler's fallacy though, what he refers to is the overall chance of the thing, yes the individual is 50/50 each time for heads or tails, but overall the results would only occur a certain percentage of time based off ordered probability and chaotic probability each time
