i remember being in high school and coming home on a friday eating watching these videos, how so much changed to what it was, these were the best times

I was in middle school when I first started watching them it's crazy how time flies I've got a career going as head welder back when I first watched this shit I didn't even know what welding was
I live half a world away, and the new episodes would usually air at like 2 am the next day, and being an 11 year old with a curfew, I had every saturday morning, a new minecraft LP ready to be viewed.
I’m now 26 , started watching rooster teeth back in high school as a freshman and every time I play Minecraft I always make a tower of pimps
I'm 25, also started watching when I was a freshman, and I can confirm I also build a Tower of Pimps whenever I can.
40 years old here, I remember waiting for GTA Monday, Minecraft Fridays / Saturdays and everything inbetween (Rainbow Six, AHWU, Worms, Versus...). Those were the best UA-cam years.
I ran the YDYD server a long time ago where a tower of pimps was the only way to respawn.
Those were the days.

I agree completely. Having been with them since almost conception, Seeing the progress of not only jack but Michael and Gavin as well, it's nice to see how close they all are now and how civil they can be.

Watching this 12 years later and it makes me feel so….happy like just remembering the good times from coming home from middle school and every Friday watching a new let’s play and loving every moment of it with the iconic lines from ray, the stutters from Gavin and Geoff and his tales from his life, and the screams from micheal, and just everyone having a good time. Such simpler times. Just happiness. I miss it.

One of the best things about Ray was how aware he was of what the fandom is like compared to the others. Especially the tumblr aspect - he fucking KNEW there would be A) montages and B) Mavin.

It's so nostalgic going back to this when not only minecraft itself has grown, but AH themselves. Yes, I miss Ray, but he still streams a bunch and stays hilarious. The rest of the team has changed so much from episode one. Michael's now a father with his second child on the way, Geoff gave up drinking, Jack has done countless great things year after year with extra life, Gavin has matured but still kept his sense of humor, and Ryan...well, Ryan's still crazy, but it's an admirable crazy. And they've brought in great members like Jeremy, Matt, Trevor and Alfredo. Although it is the natural progression of things, it's still always an insane ride to see how much can change in such a short amount of time.
And it all started with six accidents.
Sadly one thing has changed.
Or also sadly it never changed it was just brought to light.

Seeing all of them now makes me really sad for what has happened and what’s been happening with Ryan’s actions coming to light, Geoff getting divorced by griffon and now all these new people. It doesn’t feel right anymore…it’ll never be like the old times anymore

I haven’t watched AH in about 4 years and somehow I can still quote some of these earlier episodes of minecraft because I used to watch them so religiously. This really brings me back

Coming back to this after hearing about Rooster Teeth shutting down. I drifted away from the content around the time Jeremy and Myatt left, but there is some awesome memories as they got me thru a difficult time.

This video saved my life, I hate to say it. Some of the darkest nights of my life spent watching this video to, at least for a while, forget the harsh reality of what was going on.
RT is officially dead. My childhood on UA-cam is essentially dead besides the random creator here and there that’s somehow made it this far.
I have to accept it sadly that I’ve grown up. I know I’m only 24 but it’s insane maybe 7 years ago I wanted to do exactly what RT and Achievement Hunter were doing.

Being a 10 year old kid, hoping one day id be able to work at rooster teeth or achievement hunter. Man, so much has changed. Node, smosh games, achievement hunter, rooster teeth. I look back on all these channels and people that i used to love watching back in the day. Even if that magic is gone now, i still look back at these with so much respect. Hope i can make something as organic as these vids were one day.
Old vanossgaming black ops 2 videos too. Just going down memory lane right now. I would implement some ideas from AH or vanoss whenever id play with my friends on xbox. They never knew, but we had fun doing it. Trolling, on bo2 or just doing random things in any game we decided to play on that day.
