It’s crazy when you realize that Nas really was the dude that was in the middle of every great legendary moments or times in hip hop. He was in the middle of pac’s beef with the East coast/big, queens beef, big & wu tang beef, the Jay beef. Nas really has been in the middle of all stories that you can’t tell hip hop without. He really the 🐐.
When Nas said " Your enemy thun was eternal" he was talking about the sickle cell that Prodigy had and grew up with as a child. On the HNIC album Prodigy has a song called: "You could never feel my pain" where he talks about it it's deep but check out "Veterans memorial" by P that song still gives me chills. R.I.P... 🙏🏻P🙏🏻
Yes P dropped a book about his life in tha bridge and spoke about some street shit and you know he wasn’t even from there so yes every chance they got they vandalized his mural until they found a different spot for it!!!
My guy, have you done life's a bitch-nas, az and ny state of mind 2, doo rags, no ideas original etc?? If not, lmk. We gotta get u right. I got donations to get those asap.
Was so much Nas, but many other people from that hood, many weren’t even rappers. His perspective on many things was rather disrespectful and may e even unnecessary. Personal business. I never understood that project by P, not only why do it, but even the way he did it. Far as rap, he was so poetic and prolific, but in this book his narration was so inarticulate, and inauthentic, and the content was cringy, like he was just literally telling other peoples business, and he was always the victim or the hero. I was totally confused by that project. P had love for that Hood, but he also got abused a bit by people who were more sinister than he was. I didnt like that part of his career for him, and from this book you can at leats tell he was hurt by it, but also confused and conflicted, because this way of handling by him writing this book was confusing to experience.
