My name is Jess! I had a daughter (Lilia) at age 18 w/ my high school sweetheart. We mutually split up & co-parent to this day. I met someone new, got married, had twin boys (Kyson & Kaden) and another son (Landen). He cheated, we split ways, & he’s not around much. After juggling life as a single mom of 4 for some time, I met Chris, he had 2 sons: Caden and Tommy, who eventually became my step sons. After Chris and I got married, we had our 7th child together, Addelyn. As someone who lives where there is snow in the winters I just wanted to mention that eating snow can cause threadworms/pinworms that are pretty uncomfortable but there are medecines for it. I just wanted to write this since I did not see any other comments about it. Have a great day 😊

Aww poor Addy, you can hear the panic in her little self but glad it turned to a giggle. Good big brothers. Surprised no helmets for the tubes, our local place does. Tubing is a blast. Looks like such a fun time so far.

Kudos to Kyson and Kaden for saving Addie, they’re such great big brothers! 💗 And way to go Landen and Kyson for snowboarding! 💞 I surf, wakeboard, wake surf, etc. but I have stuck with downhill skiing (which I started learning when I was two years old). Seeing your Tahoe videos really make me want to go snowmobiling and downhill skiing. I enjoy visiting the snow, but can’t handle living in it for six months of the year anymore like my fiancé and I did in Wilson, WY.

And the best brothers award goes to… that was some ninja reflexes right there. Glad no one got hurt.
On a side note, as one who lives in the mountains and gets snow most of the winter (northern New Mexico) sledding and snow boarding, skiing too, is so much fun, I do it every winter. Covid made it hard, but now it’s on.

It’s so interesting to watch UA-camrs in snow bc I’m from Russia and a warm hat is a STAPLE in winter. I mean we start wearing them when the weather drops below 10 C (or 50 F for you). And here I see children playing in the snow bareheaded lol

This vlog was so fun to watch. If you ever go to uncle Steve’s in the winter I would recommend Hunter mountain!!. They have skiing/snowboarding and tubing. The tubing hills are much longer then this one and I know the kids would have a blast!!❤
I know you love Disney, so one way to be Disney in the mountains is with a Disney pom-pom beanie. It has two pom-poms, just like Mickey ears, and is super adorable.
I grew up going to South Lake Tahoe and would go with other families too! One time we stayed at a 3 story air bnb and there was an elevator! I have the best memories here! I also got engaged earlier this year there. This place has a special place in my heart!

Make snow cream! It’s so yummy and the kids will LOVE it. I think you can find a simple recipe on Pinterest. It’s just snow, milk, sugar, and vanilla! The best thing to do is put a bowl out when it snows to collect clean snow. ☺️ I’m in NC and it doesn’t snow often so when it does, we make snow cream as a treat!

Don’t eat icicles off the roof-birds poop on roofs and the water dripping from the snow goes across the roof and will be full of poop germs.
Fresh snow is pretty harmless (although not 100% harmless) but an icicle is super dirty. It's all the run off from the roof and usually has some nasty stuff in it. Just an FYI since I know you don't do snow that often 😊
