I practice Middle Eastern belly dance which intense controls my movement of the diaphragm! The 🐪 camel chest ribs lift ,press forward, lift , set it back , roll down, set back in place! Or press forward, shift left, shift back, shift right, press forward again, roll in a circle ⭕️, set to center again! This diaphragm movement with breath is incredibly relaxing! Take a class from an instructor who really understands the upper body movements also rib cage slide, slide left , slide right! It can be moved easily
