How fascinating, watching the sauce fall through the spoon and making tiny balls ! I have been watching cooking shows since 1984 and I've never seen that. The luglu look delicious. I can't eat them because I'm diabetic, but my mother would have loved them. She lived for 100 years and had no diabetes. She loved sweets . I like to see Prabhupad's recipes, they re my favorites .

Regarding this Luglu recipe, I tried yesterday, it turned out well as far as taste was concerned but after leaving it for 6 to 7 hrs , I couldn’t roll them into balls ,it was very crumbly. Could you please tell where I went wrong possibly. Thanks for all your wonderful recipes. Ys
Hare Krishna. This happens if the syrup overcooks. And it is not mandatory to keep the lugloos for 6 to 7 hours. It depends on the climate. You can check whether you are able to bind it after 1 or 2 hours, you can make the lugloo. Thank you. 🙏🌸
