All great points! Everything about my "Job" got better as I discovered these 3 things. One of the natural benefits of Matt's advice here is that I started loving what I do. I feel purpose and drive while "on the clock". To Matt's 3rd point, my mantra is, "If I can learn it today, I will know it tomorrow" to which I might add a 4th point, "Never stop teaching". I find the best way to learn is to teach. Some people think that by teaching others to do what you do, you make yourself less valuable. I found that to be a big lie and the company found me to be that much MORE valuable. Kinda funny how that works. As always, thanks for sharing your knowledge Murph!
