  • Any good business must have a customer acquisition strategy. But all too often, new & small businesses forget this part of the equation. Being so focused on getting up and running, launching that website or app, businesses open up the doors with great enthusiasm only to realize they haven't focused on what might be the most important ingredient to a thriving business. That is: where are the customers going to come from? How much is that marketing effort going to cost? And what each customer worth? Your customer acquisition plan needs to be on the front burner starting on day one. This video will walk you through what you need to focus on, and how to measure it for growth and scalability.

7 years is an incredible retention rate! I'd also remind business owners (especially new ones) that customer acquisition is not your only expense. In fact, in a real business your largest cost will be labor followed by other overhead costs
However, this video does point out the importance of customer acquisition. It is amazing how few businesses understand the importance of sales and just how much effort should be made there. In 25 years of business I can safely say it is the most important thing any business owner can do. Constantly be focused on sales and customer acquisition!

Thanks MMG! Nearly every business I talk to doesn't know their CAC or CLV, and it's just painful. It's almost impossible to produce a successful, scalable plan without that information.

Dude talks about putting your trust in a human being (Jesus) and then talks about LIFE INSURANCE.
This is what happens to those who worship humans.
But those who worship The ONE God that Jesus worshipped put their trust in The ONE God, they don’t need life insurance.
    God is their Insurance.

Lost me right away when you took us for idiots saying "hope is not a strategy". What a waste of time to watch one naively throwing truisms out.
